I have done an payment on 26 january for a bus booking the payment failed by makemy trip and money deducted not refunding my amount they are having no cs support and no reaponse as well...

MMT is not refunding my Money against hotel booking done with them but due to medical emergency i was not able to travel after proving all the asked documents they are denying the refund....

I did a booking on 07th Jan ‘21 from Bangalore to Ujjain. At first they deducted the amount Rs.2020 but showed as ‘cancelled ticket’ and when we contacted them, they replied as they would refund the whole amount within 5-7 working days. I had booked 7 tickets from Delhi to Port Blair and back through MakeMyTrip with Booking ID-NF[protected] for a amount of INR 101089/-. Due to COVID the Airline cancelled the flights and the bookings were cancelled accordingly. I posted my review on MMT but accidently gave 2 stars which I wasn't to change and I also want to change my review.
