Unable to download e-ticket

I have booked flight from kochi to Delhi using make my trip app in airindia . I haven't received email/ WhatsApp/ sms confirmation from make my trip / the airlines regarding Booking confirmation. The app shows booking is confirmed and asks us to download e-ticket. But when we click on the tab it shows download failed....

Hi Team,

I had done Bus booking on 17 Feb 2022 evening for Bus booking from Mumbai to Indore from MakeMyTrip.com for journey on 18 Feb 2022.(Details mentioned below)
Due to unforeseen circumstances had to cancel booking at night around 8 PM but tried from MakeMyTrip App as well as MakeMyTrip website but both places getting error as "Something went wrong
Sorry, there is some error.Please try again" on clicking booking.(screenshot attached)
Unable to cancel booking even from customer care as after enteting booking id call is getting disconnected.
Due to this i will be losing out on my money INR 945.
Please action agiant MakeMyTrip.

    I cancelled my flight from Chennai to Portblair in the Air India flight.
    I was assured full refund by the Airlines as a Goodwill gesture.

    But its been 1 month makemytrip did not give any refund to me.

    Its a very disappointing experience with makemytrip when the refund payment is not processed for so long

      We had a international flight booking for bali and due to COVID it was cancelled. We initiated a refund and accordingly make my trip sent us a mail about the refund process and it showed that it has been transferred to wallet. But there was no such refund.

        Hi,

        I want my tickets refunded. My parents came to Melbourne in 2019 from Kolkata and booked tickets with make my trip. Due to covid they were stuck here for 2 years and in the meantime the Thai airways stopped the flights from Mel to kolkata

        So i booked them different flights to fly back. I requested for refunds from them which happened on 9th Feb and they said it will take 180 days. I followed a couple of times, but they asked us to wait. I n august i was informed that the refund for the tickets were not requested in Feb but one was done on 18th May and the other in August. they asked me to wait for 180 days again. i kept following up and they said there is a delay from airline end.

        i Called the Thai airways customer service in Thailand as i want able to get hold of anyone in India. they said that they have a refund policy of 45-90 days and in regards to our tickets, we need to contact Make my trip and they need to request for refund.

        I contacted them again and all they tell me since 12 jan 2022 on each of my follow up is that Thai airways is under bankruptcy and i need to wait or i should contact Thai airways.

        I have called customer service of Make my trip and was promised call backs multiple times which never happened.

        All i want is the refund of my money. They make hoax promises and do nothing. Every agent gives a different version of events and promise various things. It is such a horrendous and harassing experience to get my money back for my unused tickets.

        FYI-Thai Airways filed for bankruptcy protection in May 2020. The airline buckled under the pressure o[censored]S$9.8 billion in debts and the worldwide travel downturn. In September 2020, the Central Bankruptcy Court in Bangkok ordered the airline into a business rehabilitation program.

          I had booked my honeymoon tour via MakeMyTrip.com, in my itinerary I had 10 Places to visit hardly 4 places were covered. When I informed my issue to MMT they didn’t bother to assist and the relationship manager Rupini switched off her mobile and other girl named Akanksha was giving me lame reasons for not assisting me. This gentleman named Akshay calls me and says mail, "Please mail us your issue. We will assist you immediately, " and he is missing later.

          When we were booking our travel they called us like 10 times but when we had issue no one bothered. And on top of this driver stopped by expensive places for food, or even for dresses that we had to hire for Shimla and Manali points. He knew people and he wasn’t ready to take us anywhere else. He stopped by to purchase vegetables but when we wanted to click a pic he was like "Abhi nai badme karlena." “Atrocious behaviour” Guys please don’t book via makemytrip they are just looting people.

            I booked a Jaisalmer package for 3 days in January. but due to Covid, flights got canceled. I approached MMT for a solution and I was promised that I would get approx. 90% of the booking amount as refund and was told by their customer representative that it will take 7-10 days. It has been more than 20 days and I have not gotten any refund amount. I am trying to reach out to the customer executive for an update, but I am not even getting any response now. Please help.

              For the above booking I had my flight scheduled on 1st March at 12:30PM from Mumbai and was about to reach Kochin by 2 PM for day 1, but the flight has been cancelled and new rescheduled flight will make me reach Kochin by 7:30 PM, if so then my day 1 is completely wasted.

              Also I did webcheckin and paid 600rs extra for seats on airplane, now I need to webcheckin again and pay extra.

              This behaviour by MMT and Co airlines is not commendable, kindly schedule my flight early in morning on 1st March or extend the trip by 1 day, and also look for the extra money I paid for webchin for cancelled flight.

                I have booked a Srilanka tour through MMT. In that there are 2 flight tickets from Delhi to Colombo (GoFirst) and 2 return tickets from Colombo to Delhi(Go First) are booked . Both side flights are cancelled by GoFirst so they returned my money back to MMT (Email Screenshot is attached). But even after tring from last 2 months MMT is not responding to my money return request.

                  I have booked from Hyderabad to goa with PNR -ABMYA.
                  1. I have changed date for which airline has refunded around 4000 which make my trip didn’t refund.
                  2. Airline has cancelled flight due to some reason and they have refunded full amount to makemytrip of around 4000 but MMT refunded only 466.
                  3. MMT doesn’t even have a proper helpline to speak with customer care

                  Total amount of 8800 need to be refunded. I am also attaching email screen shots for reference.

                  Please help

                    This is regarding a journey I have availed from Delhi to port Blair via kolkata and vice versa. In the flight booking invoice from Kolkata to portblair which was a Go Air flight, under Name it is showing MakeMyTrip instead of my name. Kindly resolve the issue since I need to avail some benefits from my office. It is also to add that in the Get Bill for flight from Delhi to Kolkata which was an Indigo flight, my name is given under name heading. It should be the same for the Go air also.
                    It is also very unfortunate that they don't have any customer care executive dealing with he said issue not in their IVR Any option is given to talk to customer care executive.

                    Kindly resolve the issue urgently

                    This is regarding a journey I, Lokesh Kumar, alongwith my wife have availed from Delhi to port Blair via kolkata and vice versa. Our boarding passes and tax invoices obtained from 'FlyGofirst airline' website

                    2. In the Tax Invoice for the journey from Kolkata to Port blair which was a FlyGofirst flight, under the Name Heading, it is showing 'MakeMyTrip' instead of my name i.e. Lokesh Kumar.

                    3. It is very important that my name is shown in the bill so that I can get the reimbursement from my Office. If the tax invoice does not show in my name, I wouldn't be able to avail the benefit of reimbursement from my Office.

                    4. It is also to add that in the Tax Invoice for flight of 'Indigo airline' from Delhi to Kolkata, Invoice is given in my name only. It should be the same for the 'FlyGoFirst airline' invoices also.

                    5. I am very disappointed to inform you that for the last one week, I have been trying to reach both 'FlyGofirst airline' and 'makemytrip' to resolve this issue. But it is very unfortunate that 'FlyGofirst Airline' is asking to call 'MakeMyTrip' for this name rectification and 'MMT' have no option to talk to a customer care executive regarding the issue .

                    4. Therefore, It is requested to provide the duly rectified tax invoice of the said journey performed by me, in my name i.e. Lokesh Kumar and not 'makemytrip'. I shall be obliged to you for an expeditious action in this matter.

                            Your pick up will be from Jagatpura Road on Mon 15 Nov 2021 at approx 1:00 PM.

                            These are the details sent to me.. But a different cab and driver arrived.
                            The cab arrived almost 40min late at 1:40 pm.

                            This is completely unacceptable as other details were given to me and i kept calling on the drivers number which was sent by MMT but no response..
                            You'll need to update if there is change. Even after calling several times on customer care numbers provided by you for emergency noone picks up and it straight goes to automated messages. What is the point of emergency number then. No responsibility.
                            Even the driver spoke on the phone for the entire journey even after repeatedly telling him to stop.. we reached Delhi almost 3 hrs late cause of his driving and my entire day was wasted.. i could not attend my meeting and suffered a loss..

                            This is highly unprofessional and being in a different state all together, it's not safe and unreliable. Not expected from a reputed company like MMT

                                  4 feb 2022 my flight was scheduled at 12.55pm and the se floght was departed on 3 feb 2022 at 11 am.

                                  I was highly disappointed with this and had to rebook another flight paying double as i had made up my mind to travel.

                                    Hi I was going to Dubai for my cricket match and booked hotel for Dubai from Makemtrip.

                                    Now after that i got corona and my booking is not refunded.
