I has done a booking for Sterling Kanha Resort with booking reference number NH[protected].
I posted my review on MMT but accidently gave 2 stars which I wasn't to change and I also want to change my review.
There is no option to do so, hence I request you to allow me to edit my review....

Booked a fully refundable flight with booking ID: NN[protected] on 13th Nov. Cancelled the flight on 8th Jan. The refund has not been processed, the makemytrip customer care is not providing any useful help, and the website keeps showing that the refund is under process....

i had made a return trip booking thru makemytrip on gofirst airline for PNQ-DEL and return from DEL-PNQ. due to the PUNE airport closed for renovation the outward flight from PUNE-DEL has got cancelled.
after followups from the airline the refund has been sucessfully done to your website on our behalf but on the makemytrip website under my trips tab the PNQ-DEL sector doesnt show at all.

I have booked two flights from Pune Nagpur 30 Jan, 6E-6745 and Nagpur Pune 26 Feb, 6E-241 but flights are canceled by the airline.

Now when I ask for a refund MakeMyTrip is deducting "MMT Convenience Fee 897 Rs" and "Donation Amount 10 Rs" for each flight.
