I have booked from Hyderabad to goa with PNR -ABMYA.
1. I have changed date for which airline has refunded around 4000 which make my trip didn’t refund.
2. Airline has cancelled flight due to some reason and they have refunded full amount to makemytrip of around 4000 but MMT refunded only 466.
3. MMT doesn’t even have a proper helpline to speak with customer care

Total amount of 8800 need to be refunded. I am also attaching email screen shots for reference.

Please help

    This is regarding a journey I have availed from Delhi to port Blair via kolkata and vice versa. In the flight booking invoice from Kolkata to portblair which was a Go Air flight, under Name it is showing MakeMyTrip instead of my name. Kindly resolve the issue since I need to avail some benefits from my office. It is also to add that in the Get Bill for flight from Delhi to Kolkata which was an Indigo flight, my name is given under name heading. It should be the same for the Go air also.
    It is also very unfortunate that they don't have any customer care executive dealing with he said issue not in their IVR Any option is given to talk to customer care executive.

    Kindly resolve the issue urgently

    This is regarding a journey I, Lokesh Kumar, alongwith my wife have availed from Delhi to port Blair via kolkata and vice versa. Our boarding passes and tax invoices obtained from 'FlyGofirst airline' website

    2. In the Tax Invoice for the journey from Kolkata to Port blair which was a FlyGofirst flight, under the Name Heading, it is showing 'MakeMyTrip' instead of my name i.e. Lokesh Kumar.

    3. It is very important that my name is shown in the bill so that I can get the reimbursement from my Office. If the tax invoice does not show in my name, I wouldn't be able to avail the benefit of reimbursement from my Office.

    4. It is also to add that in the Tax Invoice for flight of 'Indigo airline' from Delhi to Kolkata, Invoice is given in my name only. It should be the same for the 'FlyGoFirst airline' invoices also.

    5. I am very disappointed to inform you that for the last one week, I have been trying to reach both 'FlyGofirst airline' and 'makemytrip' to resolve this issue. But it is very unfortunate that 'FlyGofirst Airline' is asking to call 'MakeMyTrip' for this name rectification and 'MMT' have no option to talk to a customer care executive regarding the issue .

    4. Therefore, It is requested to provide the duly rectified tax invoice of the said journey performed by me, in my name i.e. Lokesh Kumar and not 'makemytrip'. I shall be obliged to you for an expeditious action in this matter.

      1+1 buffet was booked on 12th feb 22 specificaly for dinner on 14th feb 22 at viva holiday inn sec 90 gurgaon and hotel ie service provider refused to accept the booking on 14th feb 3pm for the same and denied to offer the buffet at the price purchased from make my trip

      want refund of my booking of 1474 rs as in this case service provider has refused to offer the services on the specified date

        I applied for VISA to Dubai on 9th Feb and received a VISA on 14th Feb, but it is not mine. It is of some other person, who is not me. I tried to resolve this but I am not getting any other solution. I've attached the VISA that I've received.

            Your pick up will be from Jagatpura Road on Mon 15 Nov 2021 at approx 1:00 PM.

            These are the details sent to me.. But a different cab and driver arrived.
            The cab arrived almost 40min late at 1:40 pm.

            Driver- Bijender Deep Chand
            Car- Dzire

            This is completely unacceptable as other details were given to me and i kept calling on the drivers number which was sent by MMT but no response..
            You'll need to update if there is change. Even after calling several times on customer care numbers provided by you for emergency noone picks up and it straight goes to automated messages. What is the point of emergency number then. No responsibility.
            Even the driver spoke on the phone for the entire journey even after repeatedly telling him to stop.. we reached Delhi almost 3 hrs late cause of his driving and my entire day was wasted.. i could not attend my meeting and suffered a loss..

            This is highly unprofessional and being in a different state all together, it's not safe and unreliable. Not expected from a reputed company like MMT

              I have booked a train ticket on 10th of February, 2022 from Ongole to Tirupathi though Make My Trip India availing 100 % refund charges at a cost of Rs.40.00 extra while booking, Now what my problem is, I am unable to cancel that particular train ticket though (Link is below) https://supportz.makemytrip.com/Mima/viewRailRefund

                  4 feb 2022 my flight was scheduled at 12.55pm and the se floght was departed on 3 feb 2022 at 11 am.

                  I was highly disappointed with this and had to rebook another flight paying double as i had made up my mind to travel.

                      We had rescheduled our flights from BOM to BBI & BBI to BOM on 10th January. Customer ETicket : NF2KEOUWUH0EFL059617.

                      During rescheduling, the flight rates were low from the flight we booked earlier so we were eligible for a re-fund of Rs 4, 782 & Rs 1, 834.

                      Out of this, we have received the refund of Rs 4, 782 but We HAVE NOT received a refund of RS 1, 834.

                      I have attached the screenshots of the rate difference.

                      Kindly release the refund of Rs 1, 824 immediately.

                        I booked Jet Airways flight BLR-GAU - 18 Jul 2019 - using Make My Trip. Soon after this booking, Jet Airways cancelled all their flights and went bankrupt. Now I am seeing that the courts have allowed customers to recover their booking amount from the travel agent.

                            I book a ticket for Hyderabad - Sydney for 17th of Jan 2022 via Thai Airways through Makemytrip. Later received a call from one of their executive mentioned that Thai Airways have cancelled the flight and have requested to raise a full refund request, which I did it on 5th of Jan 2022.

                            As it is been more than 40 days, try to get update from Make my trip, they say that they have submitted the request to Thai airways and it will be done by 13 of July 2022. I am unnecessarily paying my credit card bill interest.

                            Ticket cost is 64370

                            Please someone help me with this

                              I purchased british airways airlines ticket from mmt. It was from vancouver to delhi on 6 january 2022 which got cancelled due to covid 19 restrictions. I applied for refund in november 2021. Till now i have not received any refund from mmt. I have two other passengers that were booked for same flight. They already received their refund.

                              Mmt keep telling me refund request hasnt been approved by british airways yet. I called airlines directly and they told me that they have not received any refund request from mmt under my name. According to them, mmt is lying to me about the refund. I really want to escalate this to higher authority. I am a journalist in canada and this is my first time booking with mmt. Its been a very awful experience. I want to file a complaint against mmt for lying to about the refund and poor customer service because its really frustrating at this point.

                                Hi Make my trip staff i had tried to make a hotel booking on your website for 15th februray 2022 and the order number is NH[protected]A1 and payment reference number is[protected]. i have not got any confirmation on the booking for the hotel and i have urgency to get the status for the same, there is no email customer care details on your website and no one answers the customer care numbers dial in support.
                                Kindly update on email as soon as possible for the status. My email id is provided in the booking.

                                  I called the customer service number of mmt and an employee picked up. I asked him why did mmt deducted 1500 under trip guarantee when I cancelled my tickets even when the tickets were not even confirmed. Than he told me he will refund the whole amount and asked me to install anydesk app and told me to scan my debit card through phone pay scanner and I will get a message. I was skeptical about it but he assured that we are not asking for any info. But than I received a message from SBI that 3600 is being deducted from my account. I didn't told him my account number or otp but the whole amount got deducted. Please see if the employee was genuine. In truecaller his name is showing Lavkush Kumar sharma(mob-[protected]) and I first called using no. [protected]. He assured that the amount deducted will be credited to me till 12 pm 13 Feb. But for my safety I want to confirm if the are genuine and the process he used is genuine. Please help me confirm.

                                    This has reference to my booking ID NF2VVTBN6DJOF1UA5991 for Ranchi-Delhi Go first flight scheduled for 7-2-22
                                    The flight was cancelled by airline and full refund was given, but Make My Trip has deducted a convenience fee of Rs580/-, which is unethical as booking was not cancelled by me.
                                    I would request MMT to refund the amount at the earliest.
