MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No booking id because I could not book. It just said "payment failed" after taking my money.

    I regret to state that despite calling the Customer Care yesterday, I had to wait for more than 20 minutes, while on my International Call. Veery poor Service. Please note the following:

    1. According to Qatar Airways, any ticket booked is valid for 2 years from the Date of Booking
    2. The booked ticket is eligible for multiple Travel Date changes without any charges/fees
    3. I have booked to travel from DOH-BLR on 22nd January, 2022, but could not travel as the RT-PCR Test Result came as ‘Reactive’ – please bear in mind that RT-PCR Result came just one day before the Date of Departure.
    4. I immediately contacted the Qatar Airways. They cancelled the scheduled trip and kept my Onward Journey ‘Open’, and also advised I can reschedule for travel on any day.
    5. However, when I logged into MakeyMyTrip, I was shocked to note that my onward journey, as per your records, assumes that I missed the flight, and I was not able to reschedule this journey as this sector was not made available.
    6. Therefore, I had to Call MakeMyTrip from Qatar and as mentioned above I was made to wait for several minutes. Your Call Centre representatives gave me the following shocking information:
    a. I will have to pay ‘No-show’ Charges
    b. My Onward Journey (Sector) alone cannot be re-booked, but I need to re-book the whole ticket including the Return Sector
    c. I have to pay charges for the above.

    I DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR PROCESS, AS IT IS AGAINST THE QATAR AIRWAYS POLICY. THEREFORE, I EXPECT YOU TO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY TO RESCHEDULE MY ONWARD JOURNEY ON 1ST February, 2022 BY FLIGHT QR-574 DEPARTING DOHA AT 14:15 HOURS AND ARRIVING BLR AT 20:50 HOURS.

    Issue the Ticket immediately, so that I can arrange for the RT-PCR Test.

      I booked 2 flight one was Indigo Lucknow to Banglore for 25th jan and another from Banglore to Lucknow GoAir both flight was cancelled by the airline but none of the refund i have received and no support from the Make my trip to resolve my problem more then 11 thousand rupee is stuck and refunded.

        I had booked my 04 airlines ticket on 09.Mar.21 from New Delhi to Bhubhaneshwar dt 18.Jul.21 . i had spent Rs 17812.00 for booking . The flight was AI 473 vide PNR No RD9F69 .

        On 03, Jul.22 the tickets were under hold as confirmed by Indian Air line customer care . Than these tickets were cancelled by Make my trip and no refund was given to me .

        I had checked with Indian Airlines, they had given my money to make my trip . I had sent several mails/reminders to make my trip for refund of my money .
        No response is recd . Pl help in arranging the refund of my amount .

            I had a booking from Hyderabad to Dibrugarh on 12th Jan 2022. The booking id is NF7UMDM4TBIXLP1U1756. My wife was Covid effected and so I had to cancel the booking one day before the travel date. I had submitted the RTPCR certificate to the airline as well. But I didn't get a full refund.
            The booking amount was Rs. 11084 and the refund amount was only Rs. 3125

            The issue is not resolved yet..

              I have a complaint against "Make my trip" (travel agency) as they have not refunded my ticket. Can you please advise me on what I should do? I am not in India, I´m in Portugal and the ticket was issued almost 2 years ago, this is an ongoing unresolved issue.

                Wrong committment and amount charged by make my trip vide our booking reference no. Nl[protected] as we have paid for evening tea & snacks karadippara with private transfers on day 1 but that was never provided to us. It was explained to us by locals that the same is closed for last 2-3 months but make my trip charged and never inform to us in this regard. We have very much time to visit the place.We raised this with ms. Sonali seth, who is executive from mmt but she never responded.The amount charged should be refunded.

                  Dear MMT Officer,

                  This is the 8th request letter and mail in this regard- our Flight Booking ID: NF7HUZFYP4F921LM5705.

                  We are disappointed with your silence on our repeated mails. Even your customer care numbers are not giving us an opportunity for talking to the customer care executive and unnecessarily diverting the calls to the prespecified dialing numbers and set options. There is no option for talking to the customer care executive to elaborate on our matter and express the injustice of what has happened to us and to listen to our query. Or you give us the nodal officer or higher officer mail id or contact number to raise my issue. Or give us the valid reason why we are not entitled for the refund of ful amount when the INDIGO has cancelled the flight itself.

                  If you don't respond and act on our query, we will escalate the matter to higher authorities and also take a legal route to resolve this including penalties.

                  Kindly update on the refund of 3 passenger tickets for the flight which was canceled by INDIGO on 5th Jan 2022 Evening.
                  PNR number JH6DUY scheduled on 6th JAN 2022. We have not received a full refund on this flight as it was canceled by INDIGO itself.
                  Kindly Check. Attached is the Screenshot of the same reflecting the refund from INDIGO to MMT.
                  It's totally Unjustified not to refund the amount canceled by Indigo itself and when Indigo has returned the full amount to the travel partner/agent MMT.

                  Request you to process the same at the earliest.

                      I have a flight from Dibrugarh to Hyderabad on 28th January 2022. My flight was rescheduled and I was intimated via email that I can opt for a refund without any additional costs. I opted for the refund on 20th Jan 2022. I was intimated through their Application that my refund will be processed after confirmation from the airline. But till now there is no confirmation on the refund and nobody at their customer care is responding. My PNRs are XLUJ2Z and FLZ4SM

                        I have done an payment on 26 january for a bus booking the payment failed by makemy trip and money deducted not refunding my amount they are having no cs support and no reaponse as well

                          MMT is not refunding my Money against hotel booking done with them but due to medical emergency i was not able to travel after proving all the asked documents they are denying the refund.

                            I did a booking on 07th Jan ‘21 from Bangalore to Ujjain. At first they deducted the amount Rs.2020 but showed as ‘cancelled ticket’ and when we contacted them, they replied as they would refund the whole amount within 5-7 working days. It’s been more 20 days but still they haven’t refunded the amount yet. And No IVR calls then connect for a talk with their representatives. Kindly take an action to refund my brother’s amount as soon as possible. Someone with ID- Dipu47 had responded to solve the complaint but when we gave phone number then also they didn’t have a courtesy to call or message regarding unnecessary defection of this amount. Please help us get back our money from this fraudulent company at the earliest.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am looking for your support in getting a refund from AirIndia/MMT. As per my observations, the two have colluded and frauded me of INR 5, 016. I had booked a flight through MMT (on 9th Apr'21, CITI Transaction ID : [protected]), here are the booking related details -
                              Booking ID - NF[protected] (e-ticket attached)
                              Travel Date - 20th April'21 (6:55 am departure)
                              Sector - Kolkata to Delhi
                              Airline - AirIndia
                              PNR - HMGVQ
                              Passenger Name - Mayank Goyal
                              Passenger Contact Details - [protected]@gmail.com/ +91-[protected]

                              Case - I called MMT Customer care on the night of 19th April'21, in order to check the feasibility of rescheduling my flight. I was connected with Deepak Bhatia (MMT executive), he informed me that he is taking my request due to a pandemic and will reach out to the airline to reschedule my booking. He mentioned that I can select any alternative flight and pay the fare difference, post that he will issue the eTicket to me. On the call, I agreed to the new travel date i.e. 5th May'21, the fare difference was INR 200, he shared a payment link with me (email with link and details attached). I made the payment and he confirmed that the eTicket will be sent to my email address in the next few hours, to my surprise I didn't receive the email until 7 am next morning. At 11.20 am on 20th April, Deepak Bhatia sent an email stating that the flight could not be rescheduled and they will only refund the difference in fare paid by me while rescheduling, had this email or communication been sent to me before 5.30 am I would have still made it to the airport to catch my flight.

                              The delay in communication from MMT executives left me with no option to take either of the flights. Since this was an error on either MMT or Air India's end I'd request them to refund my entire booking amount to the original payment method asap.? I've contacted MMT's customer care on multiple occasions in the last 4 months and always got the same response that the concerned team will take a look at their end and get back to you in 48-72 hours. However, to this day I've not received any resolution from their end, they've closed the ticket at their end and keep responding with we're checking this.

                              Email response from Deepak Bhatia received at 11.20 am the next day stating reschedule wasn't successful.
                              I've also raised the issue with the Ministry of Civil Aviation at the 'AirSewa public grievance portal' under request number OJ17078.

                              I'd request you to kindly escalate this with MMT and AirIndia and help me get my hard-earned money back, please try to block this payment if possible.

                                I had booked my flight tickets (Chennai to Mumbai) on 23/1/2022 for Rs 1, 820. Please find my makemytrip booking no. for your reference - NF7TLOE87CN4OCO53318. However, after the transaction was completed the amount got debited from my bank account twice. I have attached the screenshots of bank account and make my trip account. I have been trying to contact makemytrip customer care for 3 days but there does not seem to be a customer care number or chat that i can reach out to. It would be really helpful if you could put an eye on this issue and help me get my refund from the company.

                                  With regards to my Go First flight from Ahdbto Goa getting non operational airlines had refunded Rs6196 to my MMT wallet. To which MMt refunded onky Ra 5096 and deducted 1100 for a flight that had become non operational.
                                  A guy from call center committed me full refund and assured of 1100 will be refunded back to me within 48 hours which is still not done.
                                  Its been 15 days that i have been emailing but no one is even responding or refunding my deducted Rs 1100
                                  Had alwys been MMT user but this time its the worst experience of my life.
                                  I urge action against the responsible one for this and get me a call on [protected].

                                      Hi,

                                      I'd booked a return flight from Mumbai to Dubai and back for Mar'21 through MMT.
                                      (Booking ID: NN7RM386U940YY0C5237).

                                      I was informed by MMT saying that airline has cancelled my booking for one way and have done the refund. However they have done only partial refund instead of full refund as it is initiated by airline. I've done approx payment of Rs 38500 while booking, however have been refunded only Rs24000. Worst part is their(MMT) call center or website doesn't have option to raise complaint or take to a executive which is customer harrasment and non ethical.

                                      Looking forward for a prompt reply response and complete refund.
