I have booked a bus from Mysore to Udupi through this MakeMyTrip company website on 09-Feb-2022. My journey was on next day 10-Feb-2022. The amount is deducted from my account, but I didn't get any booking confirmation from this company via email or phone number.
While booking it ended with "your order is awaited" after the amount deduction.

I have the amount deducted message and mail with me addressing to CCAMakeMyTripIndiaPr while deducting the amount through net banking.

Through the voice recording they are not allowing me to speak to there customer service member to check on this issue. This is the worst experience.

Please consider this as major issue and refund the amount as soon as possible. Please consider this as a humble request.

    I have not received refund amount. I changed the date of my flight from 15 Jan. 2022 to 09 Feb. 2022. The booking ID for the original flight and the changed date was the same, it was NF25LOEZKE3NABLZ7149. I took a flexi ticket when I booked my flight ticket so there was no charge for the date change. I paid 7983/- for my ticket and when I changed my flight date, since the 09 Feb. flight was cheaper, I was supposed to get a refund of 3263/-. I’ve tried to call the toll free numbers and the numbers listed in their website, but it all comes back as invalid numbers. Kindly refund it as soon as possible.

      I cancelled my ticket. I cancelled it because I was tested positive.their promise is to refund completely. But they just refunded 1500. I paid 5000.
      I have attached my covid 19 test report also

        We have booked bus non ac from Bangalore to vijayawada and vijayawada to Bangalore on 5 th feb & 8 Feb.
        The bus operator cancel the bus and says to me before one hour of pick up time. And changes a ac bus, because of this my wife got vomit many times. While coming back we booked non ac seater from vijayawada to Bangalore at 5.30 pm, the operator call us by 4.30 pm and he says the bus is break down, so we will give u bus by 9.30 pm. We agreed for that also but bus cme by 10.15 pm and it was again AC, my wife is totally struggled because if ac, these make my trip don't follow the customer, just taking booking in portal and collecting commission from the operator, if anything happens while coming or going. Who is the responsible for this. They suddenly change the bus, they change the timing, but make my trip does not think about the customer, they have taken insurance for the one bus but one more bus is coming for pick up, the timing is changed if anything happens to the customer this make my trip will support or help the people got affected. Im surely going to file case against this make my trip. I need a explanation from the company

          I have booked a flight ticket from MMT on 26 January for 8 February From Delhi to Surat at 6:30am and the same has been cancelled by airline (GoFirst) itself and I have also applied for refund on the same day i.e. 29 January to MMT.

            Since 3 days i am trying to reaching my relationship officer for my booking related queries but she is continuously ignoring my calls my messages and i dont know really why she is doing this with me . Day is 9th of February2022 and i have booked a package for 10th of February 2022 i dont have my tickets for flight no pnr no. Given to me and no body is helping me out if i was not able to go for my honey moon because of you guys i will file a case against you guy specially akshata abhinandan ( relationship officer) and makemytrip.

              I booked my ticket on 2nd feb but shown as unsuccessful. The money has not been returned or refunded in case o[censored]nsuccessful payment. I need to get confirmation if my flight ticket is paid or pending. My flight is next week so please get back to me as soon as possible

                My Andaman trip was scheduled on 15th February 2022. I had an option to change the dates/cancel the booking upto 3rd February 2022. However, I received information about the travel restrictions in Andaman on 4th February, from one of the MMT staff. She informed me that I will be able to either change the dates or go to Andaman as per the plan. Since the new information came to light only on 4th February, I wanted a cancellation with refund instead of date change. However, MMT denied for the same and cancelled the bookings suo moto. It is still showing me as cancelled. I have wasted 80000 rupees on a holiday I never went and will never go to.
                If there is no action from MMT India, I am preparing to file for Consumer Court.

                  Due to Covid situation, I made a request for my gift card validity date extension earlier over a call and it was promised to me that it will be done but when I logged in today to the MM trip app I found that the validity date is the same.

                  As per our telephonic conversation, we have raised the request on the utmost priority basis. Also, be assured we are following up so that you get the refund soon.

                  As checked with the concerned team and after taking multiple follow-up with the airlines, the refund request date for the full refund is on 22/12/2021 13:22:16 and this will take 11 days for this to be updated.

                  The approximate refund amount is 168, 482 Rs which is subjected to airlines approval.

                      I'd booked 3 flight tickets on 24th December 2021 from Bagdogra to New Delhi for 8th January 2022. On 4th January 2022, my flight got cancelled by airlines. I had contacted makemytrip regarding the new ticket and I had specifically mentioned that I want to have only morning departure timings with the flexibility of dates . So makemytrip person promised me that he'll get the get morning timing flight as told. When I got the itinerary from the airlines, they had given the evening timing flight which I totally refused at first place only. I again reached out to makemytrip and I'd explained the entire thing to which Mr Aalim said that if the mistake has done from our end then they'll get me the changed timing ticket after tracing their calls what exactly had happened. They got back to me, committing their mistake & told me that Ma'am you are eligible to ask for new ticket, so I 'd asked to kindly get me the new morning departure timings to which Mr Mayank sharma said that we're unable to book the ticket from our side as our servers are down, so they told me to book the ticket through airline application amd whatever amount I have to pay for changes will refunded to my by makemytrip. Mr Mayank sharma sent me a reference mail on my registered mail ID where I 'd shared my payment screenshot amd he promised me that this will be refunded by makemytrip for sure as the mistake was done by them, and the promised me that after sharing the screenshots they'll initiate the refund within 48 hours. Now till today, no refund has been done by Makemytrip& no action has been taken. I have written several mails to them to which they are just replying that they working on it. I have been calling makemytrip customer care since 5th January 2022 on continuous basis, everyday they give me false hope they 'll call me within 24 hours, 48hours but all in vain. They are doing nothing instead they are mentally harassing me & testing my patience at all levels. I'm literally fighting for my money where I was not even at fault. I request kindly resolve my issue at the earliest

                        As per trailing email notification from Indigo, flight from Aurangabad to Delhi Travel Date January 09, 2022 has been cancelled by operational reasons. PNR FHM2TI.

                        As per DGCA rules, Airline processed full refund to Makemytrip as per my selection of Plan B for full refund.

                        Despite multiple phone-requests [Refer Attachment 2 - Reference No.[protected] for discussion with Makemytrip agent Simran on January 27, 2022, still the refund has not been processed. Today I make the phone call, however, it is being disconnected by makemytrip agent.

                        I request consumer forum to help process my refund amount from makemytrip [refund enquiry for the booking ID NF2EFBLNYVQHVMKD9630 at makemytrip] at the earliest.

                        I further request a huge penalty of maximum possible amount to be levied on makemytrip for this unethical behavior.

                        Please do needful and process refund through Makemytrip asap.

                          I tried booking flight from Mumbai to Raipur on 31th Jan 2022, booking went unsuccessful but the amount of 2883 was been debited from my account. I also received a communication about refund amount of Rs 2883. Communication shows that refund is credited to my account. I tried to contact the company through phone/email/whatsapp several times but no use. There is no way that I can complain about this by any means. There is no provision to talk to customer care on the refund issue. It says check through the App. How do I get back my money. Resolve my issue immediately and refund my amount. I checked with the bank and they said that they haven't received anything from you.
                          Have a look at the transaction number in the attachment and the RRN number for refund which is Invalid hdfc transection dispute portal is not accepting it.
                          This is my last resort, after this i'll be going to the Consumer Court where i'll ask for compensation for all the trouble and time I wasted and my refund.

                              I called the MMT to enquire about postponing the flight for 2 persons - initially they said it will cost 6k for 2 persons but when final payment link came it was showing 12k. When I denied to pay extra 6k they said that now segment has been changed you have to pay otherwise our tickets will be wasted.

                                I Booked car on 26 Dec-2021 to travel from Mumbai Airport to Kalyan West on 27 Dec-2021 at 5.15 AM. As instucted by mail car can be arranged by Meru Cabs but no car arraneged neither avaialbe till 7.30 AM.
                                I tried to call my KSA number but i could reach to customer care to cancel my booking or arrange another car.
                                After few day i received invoice from Make my trip which i paid advance 1, 235.00 INR. Infact i didnot travel in their car. Instead of giving refund they sending invoice 3-4 time on my gamil id.
                                Again i started to contact them from india number but no luck.

                                I think now i found correct platform to raise my compant.

                                To Make my trip team, i want my money back.

                                    I cancelled my flight tickets booked through Makemytrip vide Ticket No. NF[protected] from Hyderabad to Varanasi and vice-versa on 15th Jan 2022. I also received a communication about refund amount. After all deductions I have to get Rs.[protected]+954). Communication shows that it is credited to my wallet and I have to transfer it to my account. When I tried to transfer my wallet is showing 0 balance. I tried to contact the company through phone/email/whatsup several times but no use. There is no way that I can complain about this by any.means.                                       Dear Sir/Ma’am
                                      I raised a refund report for my booking Id AN73JLUPJ7D72X3H5861 since I was covid positive and couldn’t travel for which I have already submitted the required documents and also extend my stay for isolation using MakeMyTrip and moreover the return ticket after I tested negative… but really very sorry to say its been one of my worst experience in terms of following up for my refund for the cancelled air ticket, every time i am provided incomplete and incorrect information and fake promises… one of the MakeMyTrip associate says I’ll receive my refund in 48hrs since they got the refund from the airlines and another one mails they still haven’t received anything… I feel very helpless and this is the last thing which I can do is raising a complain for such a unprofessional approach.. I have been using MakeMyTrip for quite a long time though this is for the first time I am facing such issue..I request you’ll to kindly look into the matter and process my refunds
