Updated by Bishal_knowledgealpha Hi team, I am Bishal Debnath, raising this query for my client Miss Sreeparna Bhattacherjee as she tried booking the flight of Indigo 6E 7144 scheduled as per 12:40 (IXA) to 14:00 (CCU) of the mentioned date 18/02/2022.
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that today at around 02:45 pm she ( +sreeparnabhattacharjee.sb12345 ) tried to make the payment using UPI, whereas the amount got deducted from her bank account but she has not received any confirmation message from your end or neither any notification stating that the payment got declined.
Whereas, we never got the ticket and now are requesting a refund from your end. We have changed the travel plans and date so, no need to confirm the ticket from your side.
Please initiate the refund process as soon as possible.
We have attached all the necessary proofs and details for your reference with this mail.
Following this, we have received a call from the MMT support team and they gave an SBI YONO voucher to Miss Sreeparna Bhattacharjee, due to a bank issue she asked for some time (2 Days) to resolve the YONO app issue. Now as her Yono app issue has been resolved and she wants to redeem the voucher, the authority is not responding as the number from which she got the call is seemingly switched off.
Please look into this and resolve this issue.
