    I have a flight from Delhi to Toronto via London through British Airways booked online by MMT. This flight can not be taken by any other person than US/Canada passport holders and I hold an Indian passport. I want to cancel this flight as I can't board this flight and have a refund.
    My booking ID is NN[protected].

    The airline has refused to do anything because it's booked by MakeMyTrip.
    Please look into this as soon as possible

      I have stayed at Puja Residency - Varanasi through Make My Trip from 26th Dec 2021 to 28th Dec 2021 booked 2 Rooms (% Person) with Extra Bed.

      Extra bed was NOT provided by hotel and when i connect to Make MY Trip (MMT) executive for the said matter and if we listen to my conversation with my Gaurav, in that Gaurav was updating me that the in policy (Hotel's) it was mentioned Extra mattress on Floor NOT an Extra Bed which I was NOT able to check at that time as I was on Trip.

      Now today I have checked all the details & if you click on the Puja Residency's Policy for Extra Bed than it is showing Extra BED NOT an Extra Mattress & that was the discussion point with Hotel Staff.

      As Hotel has NOT provided me the Extra Bed & Extra Mattress (On Floor) I have NOT taken from them as after spending Rs 12, 000 I am NOT supposed to spend my nigh on FLOOR. (Hotel's Camera / Staff / Gaurav (MMT Executive) / my friend on sport) can prove for NON availability of Extra BED.

      Room amenities were also NOT as per details mentioned. (attached photo)

      So, I request you to kindly REFUND my Rs. 1, 200 for 5th person EXTRA BED amount which Hotel has NOT provided to me and 20% of the total amount i.e. Rs. 2, 520 for amenities which was NOT provided to me.

      So total Rs. 3, 720 to be refunded.

        We booked a room for 3 adults in Kotagiri moon shadow cottage through MakeMyTrip app and paid the amount 5710/- through online payment. On 25 th December check in and 26 December check out . We reached there by 1 pm on 25 th December and the the hotel manager denied our check in by saying that they don’t have tie up with MakeMyTrip and we have to suffer a lot to get another room because of vacation time. Providing booking details here. PNR [protected], MakeMyTrip id NH[protected]. We tried to call call them a lot but no response and made complaints but no response yet . Please I request to get back my money on the same payment mode.

          Hello team,

          I had a booking with make my trip to Andaman . There were sight seeing included in our package. Issue is that we could not goto some of the sight seeing due to ferry timing booked by mmt clashed with the closing time of the sight and digintories visit for survey.
          I am writing this with immense dis pleasure on service provided by mmt and vow not to use their service. I want to seek help from consumer to get my refund for this.

            I booked a train ticket from goa to vadodara on dec 15 for jan 8 but it got cancelled by itself which I got a message that it was due to technical glitch and will refund the same amount by dec 17 but it's been 14 days and i still don't get the refund
            So kindly see this issue thoroughly and reply as soon as possible

              Refund related to non working voucher

              I bought a Dhow Cruise Creek Voucher from MMT.
              It's an idiotic invalid voucher.
              It has no address, the phone number on it leads to MMT old number and also none of your team has any idea on how to where to redeem it.
              Please send me the refund ASAP.
              Attached is the voucher I bought and didn't use at all.

              Also I tried to reach my trip assistant Mrs Sapna Sharma, who has also no idea and gave me idiotic...

              My name is Advait kadbhane and my PNR is JETXDE
              I got a mail from My agent that my flight is canceled from airlines so in this regard I can’t travel on the post dates as I have my graduation ceremony on same day .
              I discussed with your customer support in this regard and they mentioned I will get my whole
              Refund at earliest.
              So I sincerely request you to cancel my whole booking on the above mentioned PNR and refund my money as soon as possible.

              I really don’t have any other option left I am thankful that Lufthansa is helping me though this pls refund the amount for whole ticket at earliest.
              you can refund to my account directly as well. pls help in the situation

              Note :- when I contact Lufthansa on call support they say we have not received any requests from your agent and agent says we have done the needful procedures so I tried contacting Lufthansa on chat support as well they said if agent doesn’t help you pls feel free to contact us
              and I can see the below details in screenshots on there application I really urge you to help me in thi tough situations I don’t have any option pls help me a humble request .

                On 6 September 2021, We booked a flight ticket on Make My Trip, India alias as MMT, But the payment was deducted from our bank account and we’ve not received any ticket and email about the same. We had reported this technical issue with MMT at the same time. The ticket was issued on MMT Partner booking portal. We tried calling on all the support contact numbers and I've mailed at [protected]@makemytrip.com. But no replies. The customer support is so bad. When we mailed MMT they just replied “They’ve not received such an amount and just to confirm with HDFC Bank ''. We inquired regarding the transaction status with the bank and they said that the amount was credited to the MMT account. We attached the bank statement, Google pay screenshot, MMT Twitter support chat screenshot & MMT Booking page and sent it to MMT but didn’t get any reply from MMT. Now it’s been 4 months we haven't gotten a refund or reply from MMT.

                      I made a huge mistake by using MMT for my bookings. I have done so many bookings in the past few months using MMT. I had to cancel my tickets (booking ID- NF7RMV5COFB3GTS83257) because my mom passed away. The amount of sadness I feel mentioning it everywhere is just getting heightened by the way MakeMyTrip has been treating me. No customer care no. for getting refunds. Seriously!! How far can you go to make money unethically.

                      Indigo has already refunded the entire amount to MakeMyTrip then why are you not able to process it. How much customer dissatisfaction can you take honestly. That's not how you stay in the business forever. Please process my refund as soon as possible. Don't force me to go to consumer court and get additional money from you due to the mental trauma you are making me go through at a time when I lost my mother.

                        Hi Team,

                        It has been more than a week since anyone from the Make My Trip last contacted me for my refund as I had to pay extra from my own pocket for the inconvenience and confusion caused because of MMT.

                        On Day 1 - I had to pay €53 on the very first day of my arrival in Paris for my taxi fare to the hotel from the airport as your private transfer didn't take place and the vendor asked me to take another cab for which I have already shared the receipts.

                        On Day 4 - Disneyland - I had to face so much embarrassment (extra security check and questioning on the ticket provided by your vendor), plus I had to pay an extra €79 from my own pocket to be allowed to get an entry to the next park. I was not told beforehand that it is only valid for just one park otherwise why would I had booked it in the very first place if the ticket was only valid for just one park. At the time of sale also I was told that everything is covered in just one ticket (all the rides and all entries). I have been raising requests on your app as well for this but I haven't received any response on this yet. The receipt for the same has also been attached of €79. Also, it was told to me that Mr. Atul has contacted me regarding this issue but no one has ever contacted me about this issue.

                        It has been a really frustrating trip for me since the start and I think I had made the biggest mistake by booking and planning my trip via MMT. In the future, I will never book anything from MMT, and also I would not suggest anyone as well because of the mental harassment and embarrassment that I had gone through during this honeymoon trip.

                        From the very Day 1 the things were not clear to me, briefing was not done properly, allotted rm is the least interested person never revert or contact me on time.

                        The experience was so bad that I think they are just concerned about the money and not even bothered about their clients and running the business of cheating.

                        It has been more than 2 weeks now and still no update from Make My Trip. They are running a fraud company on customers money.
                        Still nothing from make my trip and it has been now more than 2 weeks now...

                              PNR number UU7PM9 and ticket number 228-[protected]. Airline Cancellation charge is 3950, But Make my trip Charged rs 32000 approx as cancellation charge and gave 0 refund where as the airline clearly states the refund amount is around 28000 to 29000 approx.
                              I have been harrased by make my trip from past 45 days, they are not applying for correct refund from Vistara airline.
                              Airline has clearly said that Make My Trip has charged wrong cancellation amount and they need to apply for correct refund amount, only then airline can process the refund. Make my trip is harnessing from past 45 days and doing nothing at all in this matter. All executive to whom I spoke to in mmt are liars and manager are cowards, they do not call back even after promising to call back with resolution.
                              Make my trip has agreed that they have processed wrong refund, but now they are failing to take corrective action.

                                While trying to booking room, I tried to book room in Mantralayam, Andhra Pradesh,
                                The site got refreshed and redirected to Bhopal, MP.
                                Un knowing I paid the amount online from icici bank.
                                Immediately, I reached the makemytrip customer care and asked to revert back the transaction. As this happened because the site got redirected.

                                Can you please help me in getting my refund.

                                  1. I want to share my pathetic experience during my journey from New Delhi to Jammu on 22 Dec 21 (bording from New Delhi at 1130h in City Land Travels.

                                  2. My make my trip ID was NU[protected] and my PNR was D6CX6QA3).

                                  3. My pickup point given in my ticket was near Kashmiri gate but at the last moment it was changed to Manju ka tilla. I booked 01 sleeper and my ticket price was Rs 2312 but after bording at bus I got to know that other passengers of the bus got the same ticket at the price of Rs 1400. The complaint numbers were not picked up even after riging 50 times.

                                  4. Due to aforesaid experience I feel very harrased and cheated.

                                  5. Please forwarded my complaint to appropriate level.

                                    This is so unfair we paid such a high price.. first we changed our twice because rooms were dirty and the food we ordered didn't arrive on time and last but not the least hot water is not coming.. such a bad experience... M gonna give bad reviews everywhere..

                                      Respected Mam,

                                      I had booked a hotel in visakapatnam with booking ID NH[protected] in the new Vijayabhanu hotel.however on reaching the hotel they said that there are no booking made and we need to pay again for the booking. When I called the number as given in the mmt of the contact property section the number belonged to another hotel and not the one I booked. I tried to cancel my booking but the option is not available.Also I tried to call customer care service but all in vain

                                      This is a clear case of fraud. I request you to kindly refund my money back
