Hello,

I've booked a flight ticket Delhi - Kaulalampur - Adelaide, dated : Nov-05-2012, but for some reason, the flight has been cancelled, without any intimation or information.

Now, it's been more than 6months i haven't received my refund, I didnt get a proper response from them. When will I get the refund back and what is the current status of the refund. I've tried reaching the support multiple times and I never get any concrete answer or status.

Request you to kindly give me the clear and proper status of my refund. Or please let me know how to escalate this so that my grievance will be heard off.

    Regarding my cab booking I already pay through online rs 792 when I completed my ride again I will pay rs 1295 journey duration is only 50 km in my bill show add on how it's possible to charge addon on 50 km journey
    Kindly refund my money

      I had booked a flex ticket (completely refundable with no cancellation fee) to India from Dubai. Now when I am looking to cancel it so as to book a different flight, it charges me a cancellation fee. I have the original ticket with me with zero cancellation fee clearly mentioned and makemytrip is not ready to honour it citing airline policies. Why was the airline policy not checked before putting up the refundable clause in the ticket in the first place ? This is lapse from makemytrip on several levels. When i ask for refund, I am forced to not only accept a cancellation fee but also to accept a voucher of the reduced amount from the same airline. This is not fair to the customer. Why do I need to accept a voucher from an airline which i will not be using.

      I have been following up with makemytrip support for the last 2 weeks but i always receive hollow promises that it will be solved within 48 hours. Writing it here after being extremely frustrated with the resolution.

        Indigo Flight from Ahmedabad to Lucknow on 11th September 2021
        BOOKING DATE - 8th September 2021
        While trying to book this flight money was deducted twice from my account without any booking and on 3rd attempt at payment booking was successful.
        Still i have not received any refund of the amount invalidly deducted from my account.
        Kindly solve this matter and refund my extra deducted money as soon as possible which amounts to INR(5620+5601)= INR 11221

          I had booked indigo flight for 23 January Delhi to Bombay for my father around 12:30 flight, since flight had been rescheduled to 14:30 therefore ihad to cancell it. Since Indigo refunded my amount after deducting 95 convenience fee(thats not a problem).
          On other side MMT had deducted higher convenience fee. Why they deducted higher convenience fee of 299? And why they are deducted since they had to refund that fees also because I...

              This is complaint about the hotel in Gangtok which show wrong photo while booking. They don't have power back there was no electricity in room.

                This message is regarding Flight Number AI 9805 which was heading from Delhi to Kullu on 16th June 2021. It was a connecting flight via Chandigarh which was cancelled by the airlines due to weather issues. My E-Tickect number was[protected]C1.

                Ive sent several emails and requested for refund almost eight times over the span of 6months. Make my Trip is denying the fact that the flight was cancelled since the status is shown as Flown. Theyve requested me to contact the airlines to escalate the issue.

                It has alrerady been six months and Ive been patient with the follow up. Kindly the needful and check the attached copy provided by the Airlines.

                  Hello Team, Kindly help me for my refund from make my trip i booked a bus for my wife on date 24 dec 2021 from ludhiana to delhi via Zing Bus boarding time 4:00 PM at sherpur chowk ludhiana wife reached at boarding point 3:00 PM two other passenger waiting for the same bus however it is not safe place for a girl at the boarding point location waiting for 2 hour bus not arrived at location after passing 2 hours.                       I have book srilanka trip with makemytrip however during my travel period Govt advice that all the international travel should be avoided to stop spread of covid-19..Iam working with steel authority of India limited SAIL-CFP, Chandrapur, A public sector organization where all govt orders are strictly followed. My executive director advice me not to travel as per Govt

                      directive. They may not allowed me to join office due to covid-19 omicron threat. This is force majeure situation by Govt of India.

                          Amount of 16878 has been deducted from account while i was booking flights from website. Money got deducted but booking got failed. I tried reaching customer care multiple times using call and Twitter account but nothing hear from them.

                              I have a flight from Delhi to Toronto via London through British Airways booked online by MMT. This flight can not be taken by any other person than US/Canada passport holders and I hold an Indian passport. I want to cancel this flight as I can't board this flight and have a refund.

                              The airline has refused to do anything because it's booked by MakeMyTrip.

                                I have stayed at Puja Residency - Varanasi through Make My Trip from 26th Dec 2021 to 28th Dec 2021 booked 2 Rooms (% Person) with Extra Bed.

                                Extra bed was NOT provided by hotel and when i connect to Make MY Trip (MMT) executive for the said matter and if we listen to my conversation with my Gaurav, in that Gaurav was updating me that the in policy (Hotel's) it was mentioned Extra mattress on Floor NOT an Extra Bed which I was NOT able to check at that time as I was on Trip.

                                Now today I have checked all the details & if you click on the Puja Residency's Policy for Extra Bed than it is showing Extra BED NOT an Extra Mattress & that was the discussion point with Hotel Staff.

                                As Hotel has NOT provided me the Extra Bed & Extra Mattress (On Floor) I have NOT taken from them as after spending Rs 12, 000 I am NOT supposed to spend my nigh on FLOOR. (Hotel's Camera / Staff / Gaurav (MMT Executive) / my friend on sport) can prove for NON availability of Extra BED.

                                Room amenities were also NOT as per details mentioned. (attached photo)

                                So, I request you to kindly REFUND my Rs. 1, 200 for 5th person EXTRA BED amount which Hotel has NOT provided to me and 20% of the total amount i.e. Rs. 2, 520 for amenities which was NOT provided to me.

                                So total Rs. 3, 720 to be refunded.

                                  We booked a room for 3 adults in Kotagiri moon shadow cottage through MakeMyTrip app and paid the amount 5710/- through online payment. On 25 th December check in and 26 December check out . We reached there by 1 pm on 25 th December and the the hotel manager denied our check in by saying that they don’t have tie up with MakeMyTrip and we have to suffer a lot to get another room because of vacation time. Providing booking details here. PNR [protected], MakeMyTrip id NH[protected]. We tried to call call them a lot but no response and made complaints but no response yet . Please I request to get back my money on the same payment mode.

                                    I had a booking with make my trip to Andaman . There were sight seeing included in our package. Issue is that we could not goto some of the sight seeing due to ferry timing booked by mmt clashed with the closing time of the sight and digintories visit for survey.

                                      I booked a train ticket from goa to vadodara on dec 15 for jan 8 but it got cancelled by itself which I got a message that it was due to technical glitch and will refund the same amount by dec 17 but it's been 14 days and i still don't get the refund
