I had my booking on 20th May, 2019
I made my booking through Makemytrip
Due to pandemic, my flight was cancelled
Spice jet had kept my money for in credit shell. in 2021 government announced to refund money. My money was refunded to make my trip as per my request
Make my trip asked for bank details to transfer money in my account
For a month i kept following up with the company but they never refunded me my money
i am neither given any customer support
This has caused me a loss of 7000 plus rupees and unlimited calls

    From the beginning onwards we faced issues. We struggled big time for web checkin as we did not have pnr numbers which we were to get by email 2 days prior as per their earlier email. The relationship manager ma. Anu was not contactable at all. Some how we managed to get it after lot of struggle. The sales person pallavi kajrolkar was at least available on call though not if any help.
    The email from Mmt mentioned flight time as 5.50am. However the actual flight was of 5.10am. Obviously We missed it and had to request for a transfer to a next flight with extra cost. We lost a day due to this as the flight was of evening and we reached hotel by 12 am. We tried connecting our rm Anu so she could inform the hotel to keep the dinner for us as we were to reach so late in the night. As usual she was too busy to answer.
    Same issue for return journey. No pnr number was emailed. We struggled again n finally got the pnr from go air customer service.
    We were supposed to get an email for feedback post trip. The same is still not received.
    Out of 3 hotels which they claimed to b 3 star the 1st one was ok as at least the food and service was good, not 3 star though. The 2nd one was good. The third one was absolutely rubbish. It was not even 1 star hotel. Pathetic food in a hotels restaurant which gave a feel like a bar. We had to get our bags down on our own as they had no staff. Half an hour for 1 starter ordered due to short staff. The dish was awful.
    No response from the sales person Pallavi kajrolkar about the feedback email as she asks us to connect with the RM who is barely available.

      Hi

      Please note that I had made Air India FLight ticket booking through Make My Trip. The trip was supposed to be on 28th March 2020. However, due to COVID-19 lockdown, all the flights were freezed and we could not travel. Flight booking details are as mentioned below.

      Later on since I could not travel and it was not possible to reuse that ticket within one year, I called makemytrip for refund. As per their advise i approached Air India for refund process. I wrote tot hem couple of time, recently when i called Air India i understood that they had processed the reimbursement of the tickets to MMT and i need to get the refund from them.

      MMT has not yet processed this refund back to me. They just kept the fund received from airlines with them. Surprisingly, now when i am checking their app/website the history of this booking is not even shown there. I tried to talk to their customer service, but as usual they do not give options to customer to talk to the agent and resolve the issue. I tried using last four digit of my booking id, but system responded mentioning not valid. I need to know the status of the refund that i need to get.

      Hi

      Please note that I raised this complaint on 03 Jan. Today is 12 Jan. No response so far. I also tried to send emails to their available email id's online. None of the email id's are working, got bounce message. As a customer, how are we supposed to reach them.
      Almost a month and yet to get an update!!! How can i contact these people.

        Two trips which I have booked with Go first airline have been cancelled from the airline end. They have initiated the refund for the full amount. But make my trip has send me message intimating me that they are reducing the convenience fee from the refund. I strongly object this inhumane act. I need the entire amount refunded to me.

          I have booked flight ticket from Mumbai to Luxembourg on 27th December 2021 and I have cancelled ticket on 22nd December 2021. As per the MakeMyTrip, I need to receive Rs.44, 777 but still I have not received in my account.

          Recently, I got a message that NO REFUND will be proceed. On this kind of Fraud, the action must be taken and re-immersed my money

                  No assistance was given by Makemytrip for rescheduling the tickets. Harassment has been faced as no one is transferring the call to existing booking department. I got stuck at airport. Worst service has been delivered by Makemytrip. No help nothing...

                    Hello,

                    I've booked a flight ticket Delhi - Kaulalampur - Adelaide, dated : Nov-05-2012, but for some reason, the flight has been cancelled, without any intimation or information.

                    Now, it's been more than 6months i haven't received my refund, I didnt get a proper response from them. When will I get the refund back and what is the current status of the refund. I've tried reaching the support multiple times and I never get any concrete answer or status.

                    Request you to kindly give me the clear and proper status of my refund. Or please let me know how to escalate this so that my grievance will be heard off.

                      Regarding my cab booking I already pay through online rs 792 when I completed my ride again I will pay rs 1295 journey duration is only 50 km in my bill show add on how it's possible to charge addon on 50 km journey

                        I had booked a flex ticket (completely refundable with no cancellation fee) to India from Dubai. Now when I am looking to cancel it so as to book a different flight, it charges me a cancellation fee. I have the original ticket with me with zero cancellation fee clearly mentioned and makemytrip is not ready to honour it citing airline policies. Why was the airline policy not checked before putting up the refundable clause in the ticket in the first place ? This is lapse from makemytrip on several levels. When i ask for refund, I am forced to not only accept a cancellation fee but also to accept a voucher of the reduced amount from the same airline. This is not fair to the customer. Why do I need to accept a voucher from an airline which i will not be using.

                        I have been following up with makemytrip support for the last 2 weeks but i always receive hollow promises that it will be solved within 48 hours. Writing it here after being extremely frustrated with the resolution.

                          While trying to book this flight money was deducted twice from my account without any booking and on 3rd attempt at payment booking was successful.
                          Still i have not received any refund of the amount invalidly deducted from my account.

                                This is complaint about the hotel in Gangtok which show wrong photo while booking. They don't have power back there was no electricity in room.

                                  This message is regarding Flight Number AI 9805 which was heading from Delhi to Kullu on 16th June 2021. It was a connecting flight via Chandigarh which was cancelled by the airlines due to weather issues. My E-Tickect number was[protected]C1.

                                  Ive sent several emails and requested for refund almost eight times over the span of 6months. Make my Trip is denying the fact that the flight was cancelled since the status is shown as Flown. Theyve requested me to contact the airlines to escalate the issue.

                                  It has alrerady been six months and Ive been patient with the follow up. Kindly the needful and check the attached copy provided by the Airlines.

                                    Hello Team, Kindly help me for my refund from make my trip i booked a bus for my wife on date 24 dec 2021 from ludhiana to delhi via Zing Bus boarding time 4:00 PM at sherpur chowk ludhiana wife reached at boarding point 3:00 PM two other passenger waiting for the same bus however it is not safe place for a girl at the boarding point location waiting for 2 hour bus not arrived at location after passing 2 hours.
