I booked a Kerala tour for honeymoon after a trip advisor from MMT consulted me.She shared with me the quote of the 7Days/6 Night tour and I paid the first installment.After few days, I got assigned a relationship manager (Garima Aggarwal).Due to some reason, I had to make a request to change the start and end dates of the tour and informed the manager well in advance before the last date(after which date change requests are chargeable). It took her 20 days to just change the dates on my original quote and mail it to me and when I looked at what she had send found that she deliberately changed many things(room types, activities) from the original quote to cheaper types. Upon asking the reason, she never picks my calls, hangs up on me, gives no response to my mails and whatsapp messages.
This is clearly a case of an incompetent person been assigned a role and eventually sabotaging the plans and hard earned money of the customers.

      On 8th December 2021 amount of 3311INR deducted from my account while booking a stay through MMT App, I have not received any receipt neither my stay was booked, I have contacted customer care, mailed this issue to MMT customer support to refund my amount its been more than 10 days did not receive any response from MMT.

      I request refund of my amount.

          I have a itinerary with contact number [protected] which starts from Ludhiana . My frist service starts with can service of yours which was till Chandigarh Airport . I have cleared all my payments in advance, the moment we reach airport the behaviour of can driver was pathetic and he chanrged us again and his tone was literally pathetic and unsocial . We contacted you people with various no. but every second time they connect to different department . Because we were about to miss our flight we paid twice along with the embarrassment .             Cancelled my airline ticket from Chicago to Delhi via Abu Dhabi on flight EY-150 on Dec 3, 2021 for the flight departing on Dec 7, 2021.
            Booking ID: NN[protected]
            I have not yet been even informed whether the refund request has been approved by the airline or not. On the app the tentative refund timeline just keeps on shifting forward every time without any explanation.
            The airline, Etihad, is not entertaining any request as I booked and paid for the ticket on MakeMyTrip platform.Please ensure that they deduct whatever the authorised cancellation charges were mentioned and refund the remaining amount.
            The total ticket price is around INR 1, 70, 000

              I am being informed that Make my trip cancelled my booking as there is a special permit which is required but there was no such mention of any such permit during booking neither does the government site need any. Kindly provide me the reference to such a document where this requirement is mention and also let me know on what basis was the initial booking allocated to me?

              Kindly let me know if there is really any such requirement and how does special permit fall into my scope isn't it the operators lookout? as from the invoice i see that state tax which is legally termed as permit is already included in this then what is he talking about

              Your Executive Barkha on twitter also asked me for booking ID and never responded to my queries or concerns and suddenly my booking was cancelled . Also i was subscribed for 2x refund policy which i was not provided so will be looking for a valid explanation there also.

              Very sorry to say but this is very unprofessional and has lead to mental torture and discomfort and if there is no such government guidelines then i will raise a legal complaint in consumer forum and will raise this as a concern so will expect a valid explanation as all my work is messed up and now i am required to travel at higher rates for which i will be expecting make my trip to refund that to me.

                    I had booked a return ticket from New Delhi to Seattle on 27th March 2021. Unfortunately, due to my lack of experience with MakeMyTrip, I booked the ticket through makemytrip.com.The booking ID was NN[protected] and the flights were scheduled as follows –

                    Seattle to New Delhi[protected] United Airlines


                    Unfortunately, the flights were disrupted due to COVID pandemic and all flights during my planned itinerary were cancelled.
                    I have been trying to get refund from the Make My Trip since last 6 months but the company has done absolutely nothing to refund the amount. My refund requests on the web site of Make May trip have been closed without taking any action and nobody answers the telephone lines. My last complaint was with Ticket ID[protected] was also closed by Bhaskar on 13 Oct 2021.

                    I request you to intervene and take immediate action to refund the amount due to me.

                            We wish to inform you that am valuable customer of Make my trip since last 6 years. On 19th November I had book my cologue bus ticket from Belgaum to Pune. Bus operator was MR Travel and ticket amount is Rs.1595/-.

                            Whole night my cologue & another two passenger were wait for bus on boarding point but bus did not travel. Next day we contacted to bus operator, he told us due to some reason we could not travel bus & you can claimed your refund amount to MMT.

                            Last 20 days am following to MMT customer care for refunding amount but sorry to say am very sad about your service. Yet I have not received any response my your end.

                              Dear sir,
                              I booked a bus ticket with PNR C6DQHMTB on dated 29/11/2021; but the bus operator (Go air bus service) informed me that the bus has been cancelled due to some breakdown issues and your refund will be credited to the source of payment within 48 to 72 hours, but still the day it is not credited.
                              I contact him so many times but first he told me that wait for 2 weeks and now a days he told me that refund has been done from our side but he is not giving any transaction details for the same.
                              So, please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                I have booked a Mumbai to Singapore and return flight from Make My Trip for Air India and the flight has been canceled.
                                Air India customer service informed that we'll have to contact Make My Trip for the refund as they can't issue refund since we paid via Make My Trip.
                                Tried calling Make My Trip customer service and got no response. Sent multiple emails and got not revert. Went to their Ville Parle office and they informed that they only handle offline bookings and can't help us with online bookings, they gave us the same customer care number. It's been two weeks and this is frustrating and depressing.

                                  I made a booking for Madurai, 22nd Dec, 2021 check out was on 23rd Dec, 2021, I made 1393 rupees payment through my Federal bank debit card !!! This is my transaction details : TO ECM/7783/MAKEMYTRIP INDIA PVT L MAKEM .
                                  I made this payment on 15th Dec, 2021. Hotel name was OYO Flagship 74893 Hotel Lakshmi Residency ! I have not received any booking voucher or receipt on mail, or in message or in whats app, Not even in my booking history I am getting this booking !,

                                  Unfortunately I am calling customer care, And in the hotels section it is saying no booking within the prior 10 hour ! And when taking the call to talk to the other information section via the call, customer care executives are saying it is not their department to help !!!

                                  NOW FOR 1393 RUPEES, WHERE SHOULD I GO FOR HELP?

                                  IF MAKE MY TRIP HAS NO LIABILITY ! SHOULD I GO TO INDIAN COURTROOM ?

                                  I REALLY NEED THE ANSWER "YES" OR "NO" !

                                    I had booked a flight ticket from Jodhpur to Mumbai by indigo airline from make my trip and after some I got a mail from airline that due to some operational reasons flight has cancelled and they gave me 2 options either to give refund or to shift to another flight with same PNR and with same price so I decided to shift my ticket to another 1 and due to that I was eligible for refund of seat selection which was 400 rupees and I got a mail from airline that they had issued refund amount of 400 but I didn't got in my account so I contacted customer care indigo and they told me that they had issued refund amount of 400 to make my trip company and make my trip company doesn't transfer that to my account till now which was issued to them 20 days back and I tried to contact file complain but I didn't got any option to talk to customer service agent of make my trip to explain my issue so that's why I want to register my complain here and I want my full refund back as soon as possible

                                      I am frequent user of MakeMyTrip and had done flight booking of Pune to Delhi. But the booking was cancelled by the Airline itself due to operational issues. The MakeMyTrip refunded the flight money to my MakeMyTrip's wallet and instructed by sharing a mail saying click on "Transfer my cash to original pay mode".

                                      But as I am seeing that nothing happens by clicking on that option. Tried by doing it on desktop/mobile and MakeMyTrip's app (refer the attached images for your reference). Not getting any customer support on the numbers provided under Contact Us page of the website.

                                        INSPITE OF CANCELATION BY AIRLINE, REFUND IS STILL AWAITED.

                                        I had booked air india flight AI-670 from Bbi-Bom for 05.12.21. Eticket no.[protected]C1.

                                        Flight had scheduled departure of 3pm but was delayed by around 8 hrs. I had already checked in to the airport for the flight but owing to the delay, the ticket was canceled by airline officials. I was issued the redeem slip promising FULL refund as the ticket was canceled by airline and the same is mentioned in the slip.
                                        I have already submitted the attached refund slip in makemytrip.com site on 05.12.2021, however I have not received any update. Not even the basic Refund application request no. And MMT has no customer care no. or email id to connect with. The customer care no. mentioned in website disconnects mentioning to check the site. And email id is apparently only for service replies from MMT. This is so wrong.

                                        Hope the matter is expedited.
