I made a booking for Madurai, 22nd Dec, 2021 check out was on 23rd Dec, 2021, I made 1393 rupees payment through my Federal bank debit card !!! This is my transaction details : TO ECM/7783/MAKEMYTRIP INDIA PVT L MAKEM .
I made this payment on 15th Dec, 2021. Hotel name was OYO Flagship 74893 Hotel Lakshmi Residency ! I have not received any booking voucher or receipt on mail, or in message or in whats app, Not even in my booking history I am getting this booking !,
Unfortunately I am calling customer care, And in the hotels section it is saying no booking within the prior 10 hour ! And when taking the call to talk to the other information section via the call, customer care executives are saying it is not their department to help !!!
NOW FOR 1393 RUPEES, WHERE SHOULD I GO FOR HELP?
IF MAKE MY TRIP HAS NO LIABILITY ! SHOULD I GO TO INDIAN COURTROOM ?
I REALLY NEED THE ANSWER "YES" OR "NO" !
