Please note that I had made Air India FLight ticket booking through Make My Trip. The trip was supposed to be on 28th March 2020. However, due to COVID-19 lockdown, all the flights were freezed and we could not travel. Flight booking details are as mentioned below.

Later on since I could not travel and it was not possible to reuse that ticket within one year, I called makemytrip for refund. As per their advise i approached Air India for refund process. I wrote tot hem couple of time, recently when i called Air India i understood that they had processed the reimbursement of the tickets to MMT and i need to get the refund from them.
MMT has not yet processed this refund back to me. They just kept the fund received from airlines with them. Surprisingly, now when i am checking their app/website the history of this booking is not even shown there. I tried to talk to their customer service, but as usual they do not give options to customer to talk to the agent and resolve the issue. I tried using last four digit of my booking id, but system responded mentioning not valid. I need to know the status of the refund that i need to get.

Please note that I raised this complaint on 03 Jan. Today is 12 Jan. No response so far. I also tried to send emails to their available email id's online. None of the email id's are working, got bounce message. As a customer, how are we supposed to reach them.
