I have cancelled my booking of a hotel in jaisalmer at "Rumi's homestay" from 30th dec to 1st Jan which I booked at zero cancellation scheme. I cancelled my booking on 19th Nov, 2021 but already 13days have passed and I have not received any refund. I have tried to book Banglore to Pune flight ticket on 9 th of November and after payment online it was continuing to fail. But my money got deducted from my account. 1 time from ICICI Bank account and two times from HDFC bank account. After this I called to customer care and got assurance that the money will be refunded in 72 hours.
