Make My Trip — Non issue of ticket and poor response | |||
I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur and back for 6th Feb (both Air India) through Make My Trip. (Mr booking reference no is NF[protected].) Then I rescheduled it to 5th Feb (Jet & Air India). I received confirmation on date change but did not receive the e-ticket. I called both airlines as well as make my trip and got feedback that both my tickets were not booked. I have registered complaint for the same. on 5th morning 8.30 I received ticket from Nagpur to Mumbai. I am not getting proper response from customer care. They are saying system is under upgradation and seniors are busy. I don’t understand how I can come back from Nagpur if I don”t reach there. Also if I cancel ticket myself my money will be deducted. Who will pay it back. It’s not my fault that make my trip has not booked my ticket even after deducting money from my account. I talked to various people from Call center Nilansh, Rajpal, Swati (extn : 9566), Ankur (extn : 9514) and many more. Ms. Swati confirmed that they will refund the money but while processing my request she said again system has gone for updation. So call after 2 hrs. Then after 2 hrs she does not take call and another person tells to call after 1 hr as system is still not working. Now finally got messege that my cancellation is successful but amount is Rs. 12661 whereas while booking i have paid Rs. 16143. For no fault of mine my money is deducted. It is a fraud case and need legel action. Can anyone help how to proceed. Was this information helpful? | |||
