[Resolved] Make My Trip — Refund - Booking ID # IN1409B3S109305 | |||
I have booked a round trip domestic flight of which o cancelled one sector directly with Air India as was advised by make my trip due to high call volume and some problem due to which the system did not allow me to manage my booking on the website. I got an email fromakw my trip the same day stating that they has been intimated by Air India about the same. I had also been told that I'll get my refund within 7-10 working days. On not getting my refund for more than 2 weeks I have been chasing them over the phone for 3 days consecutively. Everyday it takes me about 2 hours and 4-5 calls to get through to the correct dept. And finally I am told everyday that the server is being updated. No call back is also arranged. The first day I was promised that I'll get a cancellation message within 24 hours and it's been 72 hours now. Was this information helpful? | |||
