Make My Trip — Wrong refund amoun t shown in thier website | |||||
I have booked a flight Airindia express TRV to MAA on 13 th March 2017 and the same was changed to 15th March, as the flight was rescheduled .Again the flight was cancelled and I cancelled the booking with Air India Express direct .They have allowed full refund, as the flight was cancelled by them .I am eligible to get the full refund from Make mytrip, as they have already cahrged the convenince fee initially . Their site shows very very less refund, which is not fair without any reason .My PNR no of airline is OAX0R9.Pl guide me in this regard with full refund Radha Hariharan 91-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Not received the refund even on today.
With repeated follow up with mail, but status remain unchanged.
