Makemy Trip Travel Agency — Refund against ticket cancellation not initiated since 2 months | |||||
Make my Trip Booking Id- NF[protected], Booked on 14/08/2015 I have cancelled this ticket directly from airlines on 27/08/2015 and the same was confirmed by makemytrip on 02/09/2015 and assured that refund amount will be credited within 07 working days. After that I have contacted plenty of times to there customer care but still the refund amount is not credited in my account and status is showoing as under progress. In my mail I have got lots of apology messages from makemytrip team. See the confirm assurance mails given by your makemytrip customer care person.Since 2september I am getting only mail assuarnce, But where is my refund amount.
