I ordered a Maxspect gyre for Rs. 20, 484.50/- from www.makemyhobby.com on 28/06/2018 order id #161153. It is 6/07/2018 more than a month later and I have not yet recieved it. My client Id is [protected]@gmail.com on the site. I tried following up on the order to realise that there is no contact phone number apart from a WhatsApp number and a webform. Sent message on the webform about 2 weeks ago but no response, sent message on WhatsApp number and no response. There seems to be no other contact number for this company. On doing a google search I found plenty of complaints similar to mine of money being taken but no delivery of products. Was this information helpful? | |||

After one month of order I did not received the material
send message as sms and whatsup and even through there system but no response so far. I feel I am cheated. so please do something s that I can get the product or money back.
