I ordered live fishes of amount rs.408 (Order id - #189378) on 22nd november 2018. After not receiving anything and not hearing anything from their side i requested a cancellation on 3rd january 2019. I have been constantly trying to contact them on every platform for an year nd still haven't heard anything. Even I was facing the same issue. Yesterday I served them a legal notice through WhatsApp no. and sent a speed post also. They replied saying your order is canceled! I asked if they can ship the product, they told us you have served us with legal notice our admin has decided to cancel the order. Still no hopes of my refund!! they have shred an email saying the refund will be initiated soon and the amount will reflect in 5-7 bank working days!
