Makemyhobby.com — my order 244575 is in processing for long time, request to cancel my order. but no response to my complaint and mail

I have ordered live plants in makemyhobby on 14th december. Still it is in processing status and no response to my mail. So i requested to cancel my order 244575. But till now no action taken for my request.
I sent a mail multiple times but no response even i pinged in whatsapp number.

Please cancel and refund my amount 1394. If there is any charges for refund process please take it return my balance amount.

Updated by Mohanrrhce Still I didn't get my ordered plants, after this complaint I received the call from makemyhobby. The called person was asking my Google pay linked bank account debit card number. Since I didn't share the my debit card number my cancellation request not yet processed. He said he is going to escalate to next level.
My order status is showing payment received.
