Makemyhobby.com — not issuing refund

We have placed order no 23880 on 4th november paid the entire amount through google pay till date we have not received any product. So initiated a ticket for refund. No response till date. They are just ignoring our message and not picking up our call. I strongly believe that they have created the website to cheat pet lovers.

Please ask them to refund the amount without any delay
