Makemyhobby.com — order not delivered, I want refund

I ordered 3 items from this website total value of inr 1, 742.83/- on 03/08/2019 with my debit card
It's been 2 months, till now i haven't received any products nor they are replying to whatsapp number +[protected] for support they provided.
Also, the email address mmh. [protected]@makemyhobby.com provided on website is not valid.

Please ask them to refund my payment of inr 1742.83/-

And remove this website from internet, so other persons wont be affected as well like me.

I have attached screenshot of conversation that they replied only once, after that no reply.

I have attached email of order status & no getting no response from them in the same email.
