I have ordered few live fishes on 08-oct'18 using instant money transfer, the amount is deducted immediately and the payment status is still showing pending even after 2 days. The item is not yet shipped. I tried to message in whatsapp number and in email but nobody responded. I do not have an option to cancel my order too, please either refund my amount or at least have courtesy to respond me back on the status of delivery.
