Makemyhobby.com — order not delivered and no response from the seller | |
Dear sir/madam i have ordered few live plants and soil substrate from makemyhobby.com website. A total order of 1000 was placed. After payment they have sent me a mail saying that the order was made and it would take 1-2 weeks. Since the order was placed on 4th of march and there is no response from the seller. Neither the online customer service nor the phone service is not at all responding. Therefore i want you to take a strict action orelse i need my money back asap. Please help me with this issue.
