Please note this further surprise to my earlier complaint. Yesterday I received a call from INDIGO AIRLINE informimg me the change of schedule for the Kolkotta Mumbai Flight dated 2nd Dec. Actually we are supposed to be back on 2nd November. I am really wondering what is going on at your end. So much so that your contact person Mrs.Anuradha Nayak is not even taking my call, sms, whatsup. I have never seen such abusive and INSULTING behavior, We all senior citizens are completely annoyed with the attitude displayed. Was this information helpful? | |||
