MakeMyTrip.com — Cancellation charges deducted on flight cancelation | |||
I had booked a flight ticket from Allahabad to Delhi through Makemytrip. I received a call from Air India that the flight has been cancelled and I cancelled the ticket. But the deductions were made by Makemytrip. On contacting them, they asked for sending a confirmation from Air India Airport Office whcih I sent on 7th January 2015 and am waiting for the same. Yah. It has been resolved but took a lot of time.
