Hi All, The below message I got on 18th Feb 2015. The refund would reflect on your card in next 7 business days or the next billing cycle whichever is later. Now date is April 3rd 2015 and still not credited. Only getting reply the same email template stating " Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you." Please find the Reference ID's raised for this issue.
