I have booked tickets for Air India through Makemytri.com.But my bad luck dat flight got cancelled and so my tickets got cancelled and refund was initiated on Feb10. But even after 7 days the refund was not credited to my account but they have updated in the their website that transaction been processed and is successful. But it was not correct and I contacted the customer care and I got the reply on that moment that it is not done and will be done in couple of days. But its been 3 months and still I didnt got the money. Now as the latest update they are saying that they have transferred the amount is giving me a RR no. But they are not ready to send any mail about the transaction details or refund confirmation from their side.
And the bank is not aware of Such a RR number and they are saying they cant do any investigation unless I provide a mail confirmation of the refund.
I have contact the customer care for about 20-25 times and every time they are saying the same. They have the worst user account portal where I have escalated my complaints 6 times and even then I am not getting any email communications from them.
It is evident that its their fault and refund is not done from their side because that must be the only reason why they are reluctant in giving me the transaction details or email confirmation about the money.
So Please help me in sorting the issue.
They are the worst service providers and the customer care is the no1 guys who dont know anything about work ethics.
