MakeMyTrip.com — Refund settlement | |
After canceling my Sirinagar Trip (due to floods in Sirinagar) I got a refund voucher.
Voucher is for future bookings on MakeMyTrip website.
Now when I need to book, the voucher did not work.
All my complaints and requests are ignored except the electronic complaint acknowledgement.
I feel myself cheated and left with no choice except going to the legal way.
Any one have similar experience, kindly contact and advice me.
