My Makemytrip Complaint ID :[protected]……. Now it is escalated to the Ref. ID No.[protected] My complaint is about my refund for Booking ID: NF[protected] This case is about when I did booking for my trip which was on 26thDec’14 Jaipur to Coimbatore which includes two sectors : Jaipur to Bangalore & Bangalore to Coimbatore & on 4th Jan’15 Coimbatore to Jaipur which again includes two sectors:- Coimbatore to Bangalore & Bangalore to Jaipur Case 1: I Boarded my flight on 26th Dec’14 for Jaipur to Bangalore & requested for cancellation for Bangalore to Coimbatore Appended is proof from Jet Airways at airport. Case 2: When I went to Board my Flight on 4th Jan’15 for Coimbatore to Bangalore & Bangalore to Jaipur flights were already cancelled which was very embarrassing situation for us without our fault. Case 3: When I asked for refund amount refunded amount is coming in my account with deduction of cancellation charges which cannot be applicable in my any of cancellation. Because Jet airways itself committed on airport for full refund as flight was delayed & for other sectors which were not cancelled by me. Makemytrip itself cancelled my 4th Jan’15 tickets without my confirmation. My Calculation for refunding amount is shown in the table given below S. We want you to refund our rest amount that is Rs.33816/-(Thirty three thousand eight hundred sixteen rupees only) We want the answer in detail that why you are deducting the cancellation charges, when you have admitted that it was your mistake So, as I explained you my all cases and now I expect a positive response from your side & also expect all my amount in refund asap.
