But money detected from my account of canara bank account number[protected] ifsc code cnrb0001972.. Rs 2499 accidentally detected. Very poor customer service. i had experience where they tried to increase the air ticket booking amount even after sending the confirmation email. I had to fight a lot to get the money back but I ended up losing a lot of time and effort.
