[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Airlines ticket refund | |
Dear make my trip, Please note that i had booked a flight from new delhi to bhubaneswar, indigo flight bearing pnr no.- vdr6gd) on 08/12/2016 and cancelled the same on 10/12/2016. As the payment towards the booking of the flight was refundable but i have yet not received any amount in terms of the cancellation. Verified Support Dec 20, 2016 MakeMyTrip India Customer Care's response Dear Siddhartha Shankar Ray Greetings from MakeMyTrip!!! In reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that the booking was cancelled with airline on 10-Dec-16 but, as the same was not informed to us, the refund could not be initiated from our end earlier. Now, we have initiated the refund of Inr 5062/- from our end (waived off our service fee). The same should reflect in your account within 3-5 working days depending upon your bank processing cycle.
