MakeMyTrip India — Amount debited without booking | |
Dear Sir I have tried four times to book my flight tickets on 10th and 11th October'20 but unfortunately my amount been debited from my Bajaj card but booking not processed. Since then tried every way of contacting like toll free number, mail, self help through application and even visited CG road, Ahmedabad branch (which is closed now) but unable to get information. I have made payment of 1233.83/- on 14th October approx 4PM. My payment was successfully done but booking was not done and I am not able to track that transaction on your portal and application. I have a transaction ID which I used for this transaction. BIL/ONL/[protected]/MAKEMYTRIP/NU710301. Please have look into this matter so that I can take my money back.
