MakeMyTrip India — Amount deducted from my account but ticketing process did not get completed

My Name is VAMSI KRISHNA PARVATANENI, I was booking Vijayawada to delhi flight from MakeMyTrip app On 18th August 2021. I used SBI UPI gateway for payment.
While making bookings through the MakeMyTrip app, my payment got confirmed through the payment gateway, yet the ticketing process did not get completed.
It failed to booking tickets but deducted an amount of Rs.11704/- with transaction number: UPI/DR/[protected]/makemytrip/ICIC/makemytrip/Pay.
I tried to call customer care but there is no use.
Hence I am paid another time with same UPI gateway, then the ticket was booked.

In this Context I am requesting you to return the amount Rs.11704/-
