I gone for the official trip with my one colleague for hyderabad and i booked the hotel hyderabad grand on 11th june for the period 12th june to 14th june 18, through make my trip (Mmt). Mmt charged 7243/- immediately. At the same time my colleague booked the same hotel for same period with same facility through go ibibo.com. There was charges only rs 5524/-. When confirmed by colleague then it was true. Mmt charged much hire. Since mmt during the advertisement highlight best price guarantee and promise to pay 5 time of difference. I called to mmt customer care and confirmed regarding the excess charged. Mmt executive requested not to cancel since i have already paid and no refund policy at last moment, and adviced to file the claim after checkout from the hotel. I filed the claim on 15 june 2018 with all supporting doc (Invoice of mmt, invoice of ibibi.com issued to my colleague and screen shot of the web site) and continue discussed on phone regarding the receipt of the document and again sent on 20th june 18 on the request of the executive Till 15 days from the date of claim mmt mail in every 2 days for further request for 48 hours since team was working on it. When i wrote a request to resolve. They wrote a mail that i matter closed that i have not filed the claim with in 72 hours of the booking. Can they tell me my check out itself after 72 hours of the booking where i paid in advance. Mmt provide the document after the checkout only.
