[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — booking failed my money got deducted | |
In the date of April 8th 2792 rs deducted from the upi which is linked to States bank of india and booking got failed but till today 27/04/2019 i didn't get my amount back More than a 15 times i chat with Myra assistance and also phone conversations with a customer care but no use, Everyone telling "In next 24/48 he's our finance team will call you"but till today no one call, I shared a bank statement in Email and also in chat they are taken and again and again they are asking the same My booking ID-NH[protected] I submitting 08/04/2019 to 27/04/2019 bank statement details I didn't see anywhere this kind of negligence Was this information helpful? | |
