Hi! I need help with amendments for booking id nh[protected]. Hi team, Would like to inform you that i have booked the hotel in udaipur for 2 adults however it is reflecting online for 1 adult only, i am bit confused why the mmt application showing wrong information anyhow i just called to the mmt customer care for the resolution so that they can, make the amendments as per my requirements however, they denied stating that we can't help you further you need to pay the additional amount of 2 thousands for the same. Now tell me this how i should expect from mmt such a big brand who's giving me such a pathetic resolutions. Now would appreciate if you can resolve my concern asap else you guys will force me to write on twitter or facebook to ruin your reputation. Despite of they didn't resolve my concern. This is very pathectic experience, i would never prefer to use mmt app now onwards. Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked a ticket but that my name written as wrong but i had written wright and my Booking ID: NF[protected] is that.

The number given by star resort mandarmoni is actually the no of another hotel(sea star resort) who denied any booking..
We have the voucher of booking of Star Resort from 30 september(2017) to 3 October(2017)

Booked on 19 June 2017(take Rs.5926/_ online/Hdfc bank credit card)
