Dear guest,

As we discussed on same case that you made booking with child but as per voucher it is not showing and hotelier is asking for extra amount of 1500 rs.

As of now we are unable to check the booking logs so i would like to inform you that kindly pay the extra amount and take the invoice of that if there is any issue from make my trip end so we will refund the extra amount paid by you the chid stay.

I have esclate the case to my concern department they will check the details and will get back to you with in 24 hours.

Service — they never gave proper response during stay, and gave full commitment that your money will be refund with in 24 hours.. But on 3 d may they called after 4 followup.. That your money will not be refunded.
