[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — complaining to refund amount of 500 for cost incurred from alibillu to brahmavar | |
Please note we have booked durgamba bus from bangalore to bhadragiri on 31/08/2019 are pnr: 3037786, seat no: 27, 28, service no. 33d (Bng-mng-udp-kpr), bus no: ka-51 b 3343, but due to engine failure bus stopped in middle of sakleshpur ghat at alibillu.. Later on we were not given backup bus and also had to travel in ksrtc bus incurring our own cost. So please refund of rs 500for cost incurred from alibillu to our destination brahmavar, refund cost for inconvenience caused due to bus engine failure. Please consider this on urgent or else we shall file complaint to durgamba motors and also for your app. So do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
