My name is pravin gaikwad. On 9th december, 2019, i made a flight booking from mumbai to canada scheduled on 25th of march 2020 with make my trip website.
Due to the corona outbreak there was a travel ban in canada announced by justin trudeau, we had to cancel our flights.
The total amount charged for the tickets is inr1, 41, 970. But the refund that was processed after the cancellation was only inr 78,[protected]+39389).
There was a deduction of inr 63, 192.
Please help me with this issue. As i am incurring a huge loss in this time of a corona pandemic.
I already placed a mail to the company regarding this issue. But i have received no response.
