MakeMyTrip India — did not get refund from make my trip

Hello,

I booked Jet Airways flight from make my trip online and Jet airways cancelled the flight; after contacting make my trip, they said they will refund the money but they never did.

Jet airways gave refund to everyone they owe. After trying to contact many times, Make my trip hasn't responded yet on this matter. It's almost one year.

I will appreciate if you help me to get my refund.
