MakeMyTrip India — Didn't receive Refund amount even after airline sent it to MMT | |
I have complained about the refund and got a nice reply from airline (INDIGO). where make my trip is not even providing any kind of support, no proper email no proper communication .below is what i got from Indigo, which clears that MMT dint send my money back and solely responsible for very irresponsible behaviour: "With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that under the PNR AKKQYG an amount of INR 7, 269 has been processed on 10th of Nov 2020 to your agency account used at the time of booking and PNR WNTMPA an amount of INR 7, 321 has been processed on 10th of Nov 2020 to your agency account used at the time of booking. Further, we would like to inform you that kindly get in touch with your agency(Makemytrip.com) only to claim the amount. We have already processed the refund from our side to your agency account. During these testing times, well being of our passengers and crew is paramount to us, we have taken every measure to ensure their safety is not compromised at any touch point, we also urge you to stay safe and healthy." I have attached the screenshot from MMT which is misleading and claiming that Indigo dint give money back yet. kindly provide proper platform for users to atleast for better communication.
