I! my experience with makemytrip (Singapore&Malaysia delight) Makemytrip booking ID: IN612B9S2553043 Booking Date:02 DEC 2016 (Travel Dates:23JAN TO29JAN 2017)
-- Package 3, 12000 for 4 persons (included 2 senior citizen) Departure from Chennai.

i m just sharing my holiday experience pros and cons:

PROS :# i Would really appreciate Ms.Seema Ganji, Travel expert who was very detailed, travel/visa/payments
initially i had plan for travelling only on July2017 but the way her follow ups, i convinced my self and booked jan2017 itself
seema was very helpful, on all my doubts, i m travelling abroad for a first time had bunch of questions&doubts, she was patient&kind
she was available all the time when i had doubts. Thanks Seema.

# Visa Support Swati Chib/Karthick (Chennai office) Dimple. done a good job.

# on Arrival KL Airport Pick up was on time. and got the trip details and new sim card as they mentioned in package.

# Stayed 3 day in Hotel Swiss Garden, Pukit pintang KL which is located on central city, food and rooms and service was pretty good

# Pan Asia tours and travels.. taken care of our sightseeing KL town and Genting highland.

# Went from malaysia to singapore by coach reached Singapore. the coach was pretty good and comfortable.

# stayed in Hotel Ibis Novena in singapore. had good continental food and comfort rooms.

# went singapore city tour and sentosa, Luxury tours and travels taken care of our sightseeings.
(sorry not much pros to write and also lot of cons to write the page wont enough)


CONS:#Booking with Air Asia ..Had a bad experiences flight was total cramped .. while a booking the package u guys said food included in the air
but no food in the flight .. flight departure time was morning 8:30 am I told my parents tht food will be provided the flight.. so they dint have break fast
but during journey .. they felt hungry... and tired..( they are above 60+) ( i felt should need even more clarity of explanation about flight bookings)

# Pan Asia Tours and Travels .dont have guide i guess .. only drivers played guide roll ..they kept mouth shut dint explain abt city/culture/history even if we asked they refused, ,
not up to the mark dint follow @ all the itinerary of MAKEMYTRIP few drivers are rude.. ( as if we are come for a free trip) ( i dint Expect this form MMT)

# All sightseeing given time was minimum 10 Maximum 15 minutes. we all almost running ..behind drivers. ( just imagine my parents had terrible knee and back pain)

# you wont believe during this 7 days .. we have not had lunch..they dint give time ( very poor organised ) thank god had few packets of biscuits. some how manged)

# with in 2 hours they finished city tour came back room @12.30pm MMT guys tell me one thing we have came here explore the country not simply sit back in hotel room.

#we are Hindu religions my parents mainly came Malaysia to see the Batu caves murugan temple. but driver gave only 10 minutes take picutes.on the entrance, he have not allowed us to go up to the
temple, why the hell we came all the way to malaysia just to see entrance of the temple? Disappointed lot. reason drives says he dint have time he has other group of tourist to pick up.
we dont want all the stupid reasons do we are not paying money? are they just white papers?

#all the time drivers was shouting and rushing ... rudely they behaved they are kings of malaysia they treated everyone as school students

# we all felt this not pleasure holiday trip..this is army camp.. MMT should answer this they are not keep up the word as they promised why did not followed itinerary? whats wrong with u guys?

# driver was insisting from day one, about punctuality i[censored] all not on time i ll leave from the spot. but why the hell we all waited almost 3 hours in Genting Highland for a pick up.. reason driver gave
he had other pick up its Ridicules!!! pan asia should learn customer service.

#itinerary chocolate factory .. sorry its a chocolate shop not a factory they forcefully try to sell there expensive chocolates... not worth for money ( Wasted time)

#thank god painfully Malaysia trip was finished stared in the couch to Singapore.. one full day wasted in bus travel, its approximately 500 klm (SEEMA should hv informed abt this i would hv taken
flight to Singapore just one hour flying.time i would have save the day. ) bus started 9:00 am from then he did not stop the bus till reached the Singapore [protected]@ imagine majority of passengers above age 50 everyone
almost fainted.(no food no water no washrooms for 7 Hrs). driver is heartless person VERY VERY un organised peoples... MMT u should answer this!

# I would Seriously wont suggest MMT to my friends and customers.

# flower dome in singapore it will take 2hrs see the place but agent gave only 15 minutes, S.E.A Aquarium it take 2 hours but only 10 minutes,

# universal studios need full day.. but only four hours allowed.. wen i asked agent he said dint have time to go night safari.. as per my itinerary night safari day 1 but they
said dont have enough people to go to night safari what is all this .. MMT?

#Over all my experience
#Dint follow the itinerary
#Dint keep up the word
#Rude agents and driver in both a country (pan asia & luxury travels)
#Not worth for money
#Had a bad holiday trip trying to forget.

( LEARNT FROM THE MISTAKE HERE AFTER I NEVER EVER BOOK A PACKAGE NOT ONLY WITH MAKEMYTRIP OTHER COMPETITORS ALSO)

HERE AFTER I USE MAKEMYTRIP SITE TO BOOK FLIGHTS AND HOTELS NOT ITINERARY PACKAGES ENOUGH IS ENOUGH BYE BYE FOREVER (MAKEMYWORSTTRIP)
