[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Double Payment for NF[protected] | |
I have booked 1 ticket on 2nd Oct 2020 from make my trip via Phonepay, but every time first transaction got failed and then I tried to book it in the second attempt, which is successful. When I check my bank and Phonepay transaction status I'm quite to surprised to see that the amounts got deducted twice for both bookings When talked with the customer care executive, she suggested waiting for 48 hrs for an automated refund. I tried connecting MMT from default helpline, it is ending up the call automatically. Was this information helpful? | |
