MakeMyTrip India — Flight cancellation and Refund | |
Hi Team, I booked round tickets from Make My Trip having the same PNR for both the to and fro journey, PNR : K1IBRB . The round trip from Pune to Kolkata (scheduled for 20th March 2020) and the return journey was from Kolkata to Pune ((scheduled for 6th April 2020). I was able to complete my forward journey but due to nation wide lockdown I was not able to complete the round trip. Its been more than 6 months but I still didnt get any refund for the other half of my journey. Nor was I able to reschedule. Please look into this and provide options for refunding.Go Air has send the invoice. Attached is the invoice. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |

MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 04, 2020 Updated by Payel_akcbs Hi MMT team, a refund of the amount has been initiate from Go Air. Please update the refund status. I am unable to contact any of the customer help lines of MMT. Please refer the attachment. Its been almost oer 6 months and there's no update. Dec 06, 2020 Updated by Payel_akcbs Hi team, the airline has refunded my money to mmt but why mmt cancelled my flight showing no refund applicable. Is it some kind of joke or what.Doesnt our money counts.  | |
