MakeMyTrip India — flight ticket cancellation by airline - non receipt of refund for 4 months

I had booked flights tickets through mmt. Airline air india cancelled and i was promised refund. Been following up for 4 months, still not received despite multiple follow ups. No satisfactory answer. Make my trip is not able to resolve the matter and we are not getting clarity why matter is taking so long

Refund was promised in 48 hours but it has now been 4 months.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the support from mmt
