I made booking for Dubai but some reason cancel same day but executive Ravi Kant negi misgide me 2-5 day he not cancel the booking lastly asked your money lapsed very bad service I am not give any booking to make my trip and goes to consumer forum refund time is much more taken and service is very bad for any query

Updated by Sunita tripathi I made booking for bali booking I'd NL[protected] and cancel same day refund not take to after 13 day and talk with custmercare 10 times not give me satisfactory answer for my booking refund I received mail ridhima kindra but refund not received to till date I am goes to consumer forum very wrost service make my trip I never book again any booking
