[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — have not received a full refund | |||
My name is varsha. I had booked tickets on spicejet through makemytrip for; 1. 15th march, 2019 from chennai to ahmedabad, at 7:15 a. M. For two passengers. The total air charges amounted to rs. 8, 129. (Pnr - mysswj) 2. And 17th march, 2019 from ahmedabad to chennai, at 7:15 p. M. For three passengers. The total air charges amounted to rs. 13, 661 (Pnr - zbiznj). Due to regulative directive from the airline's side, tickets on both the days were cancelled. We were assured a full refund amount as mentioned in the message we received from the airline. We booked tickets on a different airline and expected the refund to be initiated. It has been almost two months and we hadn't received a response from the airline. I contacted spicejet, and they said they already initiated the refund process with you, but i still haven't received a refund or any information regarding my money. We are entitled to receive a total of 21, 790 as a refund. I would be pleased if you could refund the amount in full as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
