[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — hotel check in problem in chennai

Dear sir,
We had booked a room at ampa skywalk hotel, chennai on 24th of march. Booking id assigned by mmt by nh[protected]. But to our surprise when we reached hotel, at the reception it was told to us that they are full and no rooms are available. When we contacted mmt toll free no, they discussed with the hotel and after almost 45 mins they confirmed that room will be made available. Again to our utter dismay the hotel team told that only one room is available but no ac and tv is available in that room. When i contacted mmt executive (Ms sneha was handling the case) she told me to wait for 10 mins and she will be arranging an alternative hotel for me. But after that i received a call back from mmt representative and he told that no alternate hotel can be arranged since the hotel is ready to provide us room without tv and ac. When i told that your executive has told that alternate room is being arranged, he told no room will be provided and at best they will cancel the booking. Painfully we booked through other site. This is the first such horrible experience with mmt and was extremely harrowing for us. We were travelling the whole day and this was extreme painful experience for us. We request you to look into the mater failing which we will be forced to take up the mater legally.

Team has processed full refund of original booking for Inr 1951 and also issue a future travel voucher worth Inr 4000/- the same can be utilized to book any flight/hotel/package online through our website based on its terms & conditions.
