MakeMyTrip India — I have been charged 10,000 Rs for 2 student tickets for 3 PC baggage on British airways flight, though # PC baggage is free for students.

I booked 2 student tickets on 25-Oct-2015. I froze my PNR (46JPJD) at 1:24 pm when the price per ticket is Rs 43, 761. But I was charged Rs 5000 per ticket extra and was told that 3rd PC baggage costs Rs 5000/-. They said they won't be able to give me the invoice and asked me to get it from MakeMyTrip as I paid to MakeMyTrip and not B.A. But I got a confirmation from BA that 3PC baggage is free for students with valid visa and i20 and there is no need for extra charge. They said they’d charge Rs 5000/- for general passengers.
