[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — I haven't received the rewards point | |||
I have made 2 hotel booking on 21st of june 2019 and 26th june 2019. The hotel was grand hyatt goa and carvela beach resort goa. While doing the booking i applied a coupon code hdfc10x2 and have made the payment using hdfc black diner credit card, which was successfully applied. Its been 90 days since then but i havent received my hdfc rewards points. On calling the hdfc bank they are saying we havent received any communication from makemytrip about the same. I have called makemytrip customer care many times and everytime they are just saying we will get back to you. Now neither makemytrip is replying nor hdfc. I am losing a lot of money in form of rewards point here. I had other option also to book hotels from other site, but i choose makemytrip and now they are simply troubling consumers like me.
