Booked indigo flight from lucknow to bangalore pnr znpksn through makemytrip Airline contacted me giving me option to go fo full refund on 20th march 2020. I opted for it and indigo sent me confirmation email that refund is provided to makemytrip, being the agent of amount 9648. But till date i haven't received the refund amount.
