[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — insurance document not received | |||
I have booked tickets for delhi to norway and applied for insurance. Payment had been deducted for the same.. I received only tickets and invoice. No insurance document have been received separately. I have checked with customer care it seems that insurance have not been applied for the same before. Even after 20 days of booking a ticket no one is checking the documents are circulated or not. Not even a single reverification regarding the documents have been done. I took invoice for the visa application... Due to insurance document visa application got rejected. Either refund for visa appointment or arrange for my next appointment. Was this information helpful? | |||
