[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Issue duplicate air ticket due to server error

Dear sir,
I have issued ticket for ixr-blr on 10.09.16 and return blr-ixr on 14.09.16, when i made the reservation i got server error displaying message' server failed'.
After some time i noticed that 02 duplicate pnr generated for same name, same date and same sector. As per the below details:-
Ixr - blr - pnr e7booz (Gopal prasad)
Blr-ixr-u7ukuf (Gopal prasad)
Duplicate pnr
Ixr-blr-pnr 9wdybb (Gopalprasad)
Blr-ixr-oybhmz (Gopal prasad)
Request you to kindly arrange cancellation of duplicate ticket in nil penalty and reimburse of full amount against duplicate pnr as earliest as posisible.
