MakeMyTrip India — issue in refund | |||
My booking id: nf[protected] I booked my ticket for 16th april, 2020 from ccu-dib but it got cancelled due to extension of lockdown. According to new norms of dgca, full refund during lockdown period is to be made in the respective bank accounts. Accordingly i cancelled my ticket on 30th april, but haven't received the refund amount of the vistara airline (Ixb-dib). So, i contacted the airline (On 23rd may) and according to them they have already processed the refund amount of 2815 inr from their end long ago. But mmt has not processed yet and moreover its showing that there is no refund (Ss attached with this). I tried to contact them multiple times and also sent them mail but there is no response to any. I want the refund to be proceed asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
