[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — leniency in udf refund | |||
I booked my bangalore to delhi roundtrip ticket through mmt and as per dgca, excess udf needs to be refunded. From past 2 months i am following up with air vistara as well as mmt and these cheaters give me an excuse every time. They have pathetic customer service. Their toll free numbers useless if you've completed your trip. From past 3 weeks i am being told that refund has been processed and will reach me but today when i called vistara, they informed me that mmt has still not coordinated with them for my refund. These people are simply harassing their customers and i will make sure that strong action is taken against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
