Hello,

This is regarding refund for the return flight tickets cancelled due to flight cancellation by vistara. I have booked 5 flights tickets from delhi to dibrugarh for my mother in law, her husband. Sister in law, brother and nephew

All of them traveled from delhi to dibrugarh on 16 april-2020 without any problem.

We got intimations from vistara that both return flights are cancelled, and we'll be eligible for full refund because flight was cancelled by airlines itself. And, we were asked to be in touch with makemytrip for the refund but i had tried to call to your customer care but no one pick up my call also i have tired to chat with them but no one give the proper information.
